I love this filter. I don't have to wait an hour to get clean water.

I hadn't changed my shower's filter in over a year and I didn't think it mattered. But I was wrong! As soon as I replaced my old shower's filter with a brand new Luxury filter cartidge from Pure Water Freedom, I couldn't believe it. During my shower I could tell the water was so much cleaner and the soap was rising off easily. I felt so clean after my shower. I will always change the filter every 6 months from now on.

UPDATE: In a world where customer service has become a joke.... this company is going above and beyond in that area! Within 24 hours of my review, I received a detailed trouble shooting email that was very helpful AND they refunded me the difference of the price. I did not ever expect a refund; that blew my mind! In true transparency, the fault was all mine. I made a mistake during set up and that is why I had a poor experience. Everything is fixed now. If you're looking for a water filter and a company that truly cares... look no further!!

ORIGINAL: The purchase was easy, delivery was fast! The code I scanned on the product box took me to a link where I could’ve purchased it for $20 less, so that sucked. Set up was easy. It said I did not need to prime anything, but said to run 2-3 cycles of water through it before drinking. I did that… plus several more cycles. The water tastes funky… like it has stuff from the filters in it. It’s been a couple weeks now. I keep trying to run more through it, but I believe I’m at the point where I am going to see if I can return it. Wanted it to work, but it’s not seeming to.

I love the fact of getting 85 to 90% of the fluoride out of my drinking water, fluoride is very harmful to the body, and I don’t know why FDA approves it to use in our products.

My ordering process and delivery was seamless with zero hiccups. We are on well water but it is "hard" with a lot of mineral build up. I am not sure what causes my son's skin irritation but as soon as he gets into the bath without the filter, his little thighs break out in a rash. This filter has made his bath time much more manageable and his skin isn't irritated anymore. I'm pleased with our purchase and recommend it thus far.

I used this triple stage filter to replace a single stage filter that wasn't doing the job. It is set up on my refrigerator water inlet. This triple stage filter does the job well. TIP: Use a very light application of food grade silicone grease on the o-rings to ensure a good seal.

I have been using these bath ball filters for a couple of years now and I have to say I wouldn't be without them. They make such a difference in the quality of the water, it feels different on my body.

I like the fluoride removal option in this pitcher. My only complaint is the lid is so cheap it doesn’t want to stay on when you pour. Also wish the pitchers were larger, way too small & constantly having to refill.

Took my order which I paid for, had waited 6 days for order arrival then when I phoned and complained, got the sob story that a huge backlog of work due to corona virus. However, no mention was made when I ordered, no phone calls to tell me delayed and after 6 days still in warehouse. Because I also left a message they did not like, as good as told me they did not want my custom, so I demanded a refund. Whole attitude of this company stinks and if they have that much of an order backlog, maybe they should consider managing it, by freezing orders until they have the backlog under control, instead of hiding behind and blaming corona virus, but still taking my money and not delivering the goods. Scandalous, very poor, almost nil customer relations, they need to seriously look at their management structure. I will not be using them again.
