My recent experience with this Valued trader is working worthy and highly trusted, hence I will say in my statement that for any items you need to order in which they are dealing with can be trusted and with sureties.I had ordered an item worth almost $80CDN and it was an item from India, (dairy products) which on arrival at Canadian border security agency disallowed this and confiscated items and returned me with custom notes. On informing to this trader, and requested by them submitted or supporting pictures needed. They immediately returned my money back in full without any hesitation or argument at all. That is how they built my satisfaction as well for them. It was non of their fault in this situation. It is a wonderful feeling to me.

Thank you so much, Mikko! 😊
We’re really happy to hear your order reached Finland in about a week and that the packaging arrived safely. It means a lot that you trust the authenticity of our products—and we’re glad the variety felt like visiting an Ayurvedic store in India.
If you ever need recommendations or help with your next order, we’re always here to help! 🙌

Hi Ritesh, we’re really sorry for the last-minute cancellation and the disruption it caused to your supply chain.
At that time, the European Customs department had placed restrictions on bulk shipments of certain Indian sweet products due to a heightened drugs-threat alert. We made the decision to stop the bulk shipment to prevent your goods from getting stuck at customs and to protect you from a potentially heavy financial loss.
We understand this was frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. Please message us with your order details so we can suggest the safest alternative shipping options (split shipments / different routing) and help you plan the next dispatch smoothly. 🙏

Order not delivered.
I placed Order No. 4188 at 2025-07-07
On 2025-07-27, Prithvi Mart sends mail, that order is shipped to Denmark.
On 2025-08-10, Prithvi Mart sends mail, that order has been delivered 14 days ago (apparently approx. same day it was shipped) and they want me to Review the company.
I have constantly sent them e-mails and get NO response.
And of course - I have NOT received the Order.
So now I am going to get my bank to redraw the payment.
