Good experience so far
Great conversation with Charlie & Doug. They were very professional, got to the point without the big sales pitch. Did not take a lot of time. They gave me the details and time to think about it. We are a brand new customer so time will tell if it's as they say. So far a good experience overall.

Mark Willis was very patient when trying to connect with me and my crazy schedule. Once we connected he was very thorough explaining everything, and great as we filled out the application together. Doug Pennington followed up the next day to confirm some details and welcome me aboard. I really appreciate having a person and direct line to be able to contact with questions going forward.
