'Anticipation'...Although I just started with them I don't really know much about them. However what I can tell you is that when it comes to time for payment of your monthly dues they're a little bit pushy. If you give them a date to withdraw the money from your account they'll hit your account several days ahead of time or even a couple of days ahead of time which throws you off from other responsibilities that you have of a financial nature. They'll do the apologizing which is typical of companies like them but they'll do it again and again and again. So you left wondering should I trust these people if I have a problem with my vehicle or they want to respond to me as aggressively as they try to collect money from me?
I mean, I have nothing other than that to complain about. I got a great deal for my vehicle which was far better than I received from tge previous car warranty company,Eleras.
So,we will see. I'm not looking forward to having vehicular issues. But in this world the obviously fo occur. I just hope that tgey stand by their word.

Avoid this company at all costs. If you purchase their service agreement and actually have a claim, they're going to make the mechanic video record the diagnosis then send that and a bill to them for approval. If they approve it, the mechanic then has to video record himself actually doing the repair. Then they have to send that video recording and the bill for payment. My mechanic told me he doesn't provide that service, and doesn't know of any mechanic that would. I ended up having to pay for the repair out of my own pocket, making this service agreement the equivalent of a roll of toilet paper in my bathroom.

ALL was paid for according to what was covered in the contract. I wish it was a little faster to get my car back, but I was extremely satisfied with the repairs!
