I was excited about using pixverse for a project for work. I purchased the subscription, then found I had to buy credits to make anything.
The application kept crashing. Constantly.
I asked it to make videos it would at words that weren't English. Or objects that didn't belong. It was extremely frustrating.
Then it would stop working. Not opening.
I reached out to customer service, who took ages to reply.
They wanted screen recordings which I sent. They didn't get back to me. Then I sent them another email request I got the same response. Then another. Then another. I just wanted a damn refund for a faulty product.
I would not recommend this company or their product, it's crap.
I'm still waiting on a refund and response. Anyone have ideas how to actually get help from this company I'd appreciate input.

1 star — Great way to discover what stops working after you pay
PixVerse is one of those services that becomes considerably less impressive once you actually give them money.
Before subscribing, I was able to generate and edit images without much trouble. After paying and gaining access to their more advanced models, I discovered that some of those models appear to apply much stricter restrictions to reference images — including material that the service had previously allowed me to work with.
That would already be annoying, but restrictions are not even the worst part.
When an image apparently gets rejected, PixVerse often does not tell you that it has been rejected. The job simply stays in **“Queued” indefinitely**.
No error.
No moderation warning.
No “this image cannot be processed.”
No useful explanation whatsoever.
So instead of immediately knowing that the request will not run, you sit there waiting, retrying it, changing perfectly innocent prompts, wondering whether the servers are overloaded, and wasting your time trying to diagnose a problem the service could have explained with one sentence.
I tested this with an extremely simple prompt: **“improve quality so I can print it.”** The image still remained stuck in the queue. At that point the problem was clearly not some questionable wording in the prompt.
And then there was their heavily advertised **“14 days unlimited” GPT Image 2.5 promotion**.
What was not made clear when I subscribed was that these were **not 14 days from the date of subscription**. It was a fixed promotional window that had already been running for roughly **12 days by the time I paid**.
In other words, I subscribed while being shown a “14 days unlimited” promotion that had almost completely expired already, with no clear warning during the subscription process that I was actually joining it at the very end.
I was able to use it freely that night. The following morning the promotion ended, and the same operation suddenly cost **150 credits per image**.
Perhaps all of this can technically be justified somewhere in the terms and conditions. That is not the point.
Good services communicate limitations clearly.
Good services tell you when a generation has failed.
Good services do not leave rejected jobs pretending to be queued forever.
And if a paid model has significantly different restrictions from the models people can try before subscribing, that is information customers should be able to understand **before** they pay.
The same applies to promotions. If you advertise “14 days unlimited” to someone whose access will actually last little more than a day because the promotion is already almost over, **that should be made unmistakably clear before they subscribe**.
PixVerse can produce very good results when it works. Unfortunately, my experience after subscribing has involved spending far too much time figuring out what the interface refuses to tell me.
The image generation may be advanced.
The customer experience certainly isn't.

Would not recommend. Subscribed 10 months ago. at first it was excellent and a lot of fun. Then slowly it became more and more difficult to use and very censorious to the point It would not process any photos that I input. These photos are glamour photographs of a beautifully dressed lady and a million miles away from material that would violate decency. Now it is not fit for use and i am prematurely cancelling it.

Serious concerns about PixVerse Earn, eligibility and approved earnings
I joined the PixVerse Affiliate Program and participated in the PixVerse Earn creator activities in good faith.
I submitted three YouTube videos on September 9, 2026. Two were clearly marked “Approved/Earning,” with $2,000 shown for each — $4,000 total. My account also showed $4,000 as Total Earned, and I have screenshots showing two separate $2,000 “Cash payout processing / Processing Reward” entries.
Later, those same rewards were changed to “Cash unable to release.”
The most concerning part is what happened afterward. PixVerse told me that the YouTube Creative Challenge was invitation-only and that I was not on the invitation list. However, PixVerse has also acknowledged in writing that:
the invitation-only restriction was not directly and clearly communicated to me before I submitted my content;
the distinction between the campaigns should have been clearer;
my ability to access and submit content appears to have resulted from an eligibility-control or platform configuration issue; and
my submissions were not stopped during the initial review because of an internal review error.
Deleting my posts, submitted content, and earnings/payment information from my account has seriously damaged my trust in your service.
This is the core issue: all of my submitted posts were deleted from my account without my knowledge or prior notice. I want a clear explanation of who authorized the deletion, under what policy or terms it was done, and why I was not notified beforehand. I did not authorize the removal of my submitted content.
At the same time, I have also seen my credits being reduced. This is extremely concerning because I paid for and relied on the service with the expectation that the credits and account benefits would remain available according to the applicable terms.
The amount of credits required for AI video generation is also a serious concern. In practice, generating even a single 5-second scene can require multiple generations because of variations, failed generations, unwanted motion, consistency issues, and the need to achieve an acceptable final result. Therefore, reducing credits or removing previously available benefits can have a significant financial impact on users.
I did not bypass a restriction or misrepresent my eligibility. I used PixVerse's own platform, submitted through the available system, and my content went through their review process and was marked Approved/Earning. The correspondence also confirms that these circumstances could reasonably have led me to believe that I was eligible.
PixVerse has offered a one-time opportunity to resubmit the videos under a different campaign and a complimentary month of Premium but not even confirmed it and a vague promise just to stop this compliant. I appreciate the gesture, but a new campaign and a free subscription do not automatically resolve the original $4,000 earnings dispute.
I am not asking for payment for the video that was rejected. My dispute specifically concerns the two submissions that PixVerse itself marked Approved/Earning and associated with $4,000 in total earnings.
I am asking PixVerse for a straightforward written explanation:
Why did the platform allow me to participate, why were my submissions approved, why was $4,000 recorded as earned and placed into payout processing, and what specific rule allows those earnings to subsequently become unavailable?
Creators invest significant time, production costs, credits and effort based on the information and status presented by a platform. Eligibility restrictions should be clearly communicated and technically enforced before creators invest their resources — not discovered after approved earnings appear in their accounts.
I have retained the relevant screenshots, emails, submission records and account history.
I hope PixVerse resolves this professionally and transparently. My review is based on my documented experience with the PixVerse Earn program and its handling of this dispute.
The issue is not simply whether a campaign was invite-only. The issue is how PixVerse's own system handled my eligibility, submissions, approvals and $4,000 in recorded earnings — and what happened afterwards
I just love the software. I am using my imagination to create scenarios. Those scenarios turn into images and then those images turn into "full of life" videos. This software is amazing. It has some defects for which reason it fails to implement some prompts, but most of the time it works and I just love this software. I am obsessed with it lol :). Just wanted to mention that many of the images I used in Pixverse were generated using ChatGPT (this is another awesome AI). The combination of these two is superb

Pixvera is a complete waste of money. I purchased the yearly subscription, but the results are consistently poor. The biggest issue is that it mixes up dialogues badly — characters’ lines get combined into one messy audio, making the video unusable. Lip-sync is weak, prompts are not followed properly, and credits get wasted on every failed generation. For anyone making dialogue-based or comedy shorts, this tool is extremely unreliable and frustrating. I regret buying the yearly plan.

Don't waste your money to buying elite pack , you even can't genrate one video in a day . Waste of money .

This is absolute garbage. I bought PixVerse because ChatGPT recommended it to me for animating my drawings. I draw monsters and dark characters — nothing sexual, no nudity — and yet this piece of garbage almost never allows me to animate them.
It constantly restricts my videos for supposed policy violations, even when I’m simply trying to add basic movement to my own artwork. You sit there waiting forever thinking you’re finally going to get your animated video, and then, after all that waiting, it gets banned.
I have barely been able to use the service. It has been an incredibly frustrating and practically useless experience.
Please don’t buy this garbage. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I honestly hope this AI shuts down because, in my experience, it has been almost completely useless.

More issues with pixverse, I subscribed to the pro package which advertised 40% off on seedance 2 mini suddenly the day before my subscription was due the offer ended without warning even though the same offer was made for my renewal.
It seems like a written contract is something that only happens to other people.
Further they offered free unlimited access to nano banana 2 image creation which a, was not unlimited as it would stop creating after about 100 images well it wouldn't render till the next day. B,it suddenly stopped allowing images that had constantly worked 1 day earlier once again no warning.
Look for a company that takes customers as more than a cash grab

I felt I had to leave a positive review here, as I had accidentally purchased a yearly subscription, yesterday (really wanted monthly) and they have immediately refunded my US$288 today, after business hours had resumed in Singapore, ...along with a friendly email explaining what had happened and how to avoid it in the future. Billing support doesn't get any better than this.
But then again, I had provided my account-ID and transaction-ID in my original (friendly) cancellation email. Maybe these things do make a difference, after all !? 😉
I also had done my own research beforehand, and I'm happy to report: PixVerse is definitely NOT a "scam"! They are a huge operation with 2 very publicly known founders, around 100 employees and ~ US$ 350 million funding.
Go figure! 😉👍

Have continued to try to charge a credit card which I had to cancel because they wouldn't stop it even though I cancelled the subscription. I get an email every couple of days saying they can't charge that card. Of course they can't....I had the bank shut it down!!!
RUN! Don't walk....RUN as fast as you can from this scam of a company. I'm asking my bank to begin fraud investigations against them. This has gone on for two months now.

Will cancel your annual subscription without warning and without refund or even prorated refunds.

The browser site has correct prices yet if you use the app the prices in credits per video are substantially higher. And therefore using the app costs you more.
When I emailed support about the discrepancy they shrugged it off not even caring that they had robbed me of about 1000 credits because I used the app they pushed.
The videos you can create are okay but customer service is garbage. They don't care, they don't communicate.

It was the best for ai videos. Not anymore. They changed 60 daily credits to 30 and it is so not worth it. The last not selfish and greedy ai video site has caved. Please go back to your old ways.

It was good when it started. What happened to the free videos its rubbish now

PixVerse consistently ruins your shots by randomly introducing movements or actions that, in your wildest imagination, you would not expect. Their prompting guide, which I stumbled upon, tells users to let the image to speak for itself and not to over describe that is in the image. Well. Consistently the output video will change morph or disrupt a perfectly good image, making it nearly the opposite of what you have asked for. I have ran gens and have had 20 to 30 outputs that were completely unusable. They have so much potential but...it is crap. C1 and V6 alike.

Reply from PixVerse
I think it doesn't work well. It takes a long time for it to interpret prompts perfectly. You end up using a lot of credits without getting a good result. You can see the attempts I made in my account.

Reply from PixVerse
The model seems to only be good at creating garbage and slop. The prompt modification is costly and does not work properly. The cancellation of subscription is not straight forward and hints at a shaddy practice. This is way too expensive for the service it provides and the general output quality. If you want to cancel, you need to downgrade to basic plan. This is twisted unclear and confusing.

I get mad with this AI and for sure I will never pay to use it. The results are not consistent. It can make incredible videos but most of the time, the AI doesn't understand the most basic prompt (even those made with AI especially for Pixverse). I keep wasting free credits. I get only 20% of good results, much below others AI.
