customer service was not helpful at all, placed an order,order was not received ask for a promotion price to be applied they would not.
I will NOT be ordering from Petals in the future and will be returning all items purchased yesterday.

Should has listened to the other reviews. Garage sale I could find better quality. Looks nothing like the photo. Silk ??? No Way! Dont waste your money!!!

This is the most unreliable business I have ever tried to do business with. I ordered something for my daughter-in-law and it said it would ship in 5-10 days. When it was close to her birthday and it hadn't shipped I contacted them and was told it was going to be delayed by a few weeks. Never called to tell me anything. It has now been 2 months and I am still waiting. Now they're saying another month. I have never dealt with any other professional business like this in my life.

Ordered on Sept 8th. After 8 days I called for a tracking number. It took 50 minutes to get to a representative who told me my order had not even been shipped. I asked "WHEN''. She said 10 days. I finally just canceled the order. This company is a joke! Website looks great but the Company is a total failure. My shipping cost was $28.95 dollars. For that kind of money shipping should have been a non-issue. I should have read the other poor reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned!!!

I ordered a faux fern that was supposed to be 31” long but when I received it was only about 20” long. I returned it and the company charged me $40 to return, which was a very steep price. I will not order from this company again.

The 2 arrangements I received where not realistic. When I returned them it cost me 21% of the original charge. I will never use them again. I should have done more investigation of online reviews before ordering from them.

This is not a reliable company for sending gifts or things that have a deadline. I ordered flower gifts on March 5 for two different birthdays, One arrived and the other had not yet shipped as of March 13. I was told the second one would ship out next week. Both had gift notes, so the company knew there might be a deadline. In this day and age of Amazon-type quick deliveries, this company is an anachronism. Don’t order from this place if you are needing a prompt delivery. The company says items will ship within 5-10 business days, but what kind of dependability is that? Customer support was no help. The representative didn’t care my item was going to be delivered late and didn’t offer to try to do anything to speed it up. So, slow delivery and unresponsive customer support.

Horrible customer service. Snotty attitude, customer’s fault we don’t know they have different policies on order confirmation by phone vs online. Combative attitude. Will never use them again. One star review is one star to many .

Terrible workmanship and quality on Papyrus Grass - would never display this in my house. Box showed indication that it had been returned and reshipped to me. Have done business with them several years ago and quality was exceptional. Don't know went wrong. Won't buy again!

I had used Petals before when it used to have brick and mortar store locations. I needed to find arrangements for a holiday party and found their website. Based on the pictures for the items, I expected the products to be high quality and delivered with timely service. That is not too much ask based on their prices. One item arrived within the 10 business day published information. The three others arrived 30 days after order which gave me no time to recover if any items were damaged. Two were fine but the third they decided to change the vase and that change was a negative and not as published. I was also out of town during this period and was given no real opportunity to return/replace. Bottom line, with their prices, describing and displaying items that they do not ship and much longer delivery time, I will no longer due business with them. Think carefully before you do.

I have used Petals before and always loved their products. My latest purchase of a vase of mixed flowers has a very bad, strong smell to it. I used silk flower spray to see if that would help, but it did not. It has now been long enough for the smell to go away, but obviously it is here to stay. I wished I had returned it.

I used this company in the past & it was fantastic. I ordered some flowers, pebbles & vase. I ordered it on 4/29 & they just boxed it up & mailed it 5/7. I called two times asking if it would be here by Mother’s Day. Mow it will be here after then.

They obviously don’t care whether the item gets to the customer in time for special occasions & don’t even offer expedited shipping.
I will never use them again.

I do like the products as they are the most life like faux flower arrangements I’ve found. However, their customer service is lacking. Sometimes it’s not what you say but how you say it. The shipping costs are high. Order accuracy needs improvement. I ordered 12 stems as stated in picture and only received one.

I have been a long standing customer #1055597. For the holidays in December 2024, I sent arrangements to 3 family members. All received in great condition according to them. However there was no indication who sent them. Fortunately, 2 of them knew of my previous gifts and concluded I sent them. Know the holidays are always hectic but this should not happen.

I ordered my tree middle of August. I was told it would ship middle of September if not before. Those were their exact words from customer service when I inquired about my order. I will receive my tree next week. TWO months after placing my order. Not worth it!! Do not order it’s not worth it.
