I use them quite often
I use them quite often, and I have always had a good experience. Recently, due to my own mistake, I booked the wrong week. They were very helpful in changing my booking and made sure I didn’t have to pay twice.
My recommendation is sincere—I really appreciate their flexibility, understanding, and excellent customer service.

Parking place is big and I could park my car easy. Transfer to departure was smooth. Transfer on arrival was a bit challenging due to the fact that the driver could not speak english, so we could not communicate the pickup place. My advice to parkos is, look for a staff that can understand english. All by all I’m really satify and will definitely use their service again!

Avoid Parkovia
We had a very bad experience with Parkovia. When we first came they told us that they didnt had room for the stroller (buggy for the kids) even they knew we were 2 adults and 2 kids. The one guy was also very rude, but with a little argue we managed to fit the stroller in the van. After our vacation when we came back to the airport we knew we had to call them once we received out suitcases. And we did, and they told us it will take 15 min to pick us up. We waited an hour and they didnt even answer the phone when you call them.
We used parking services a lot in the past but we never had a bad experience like this. Avoid this company if you dont want to stress for no reason just before your well deserved vacation!

The logistics were good, quite near to the airport terminal and the licence plate recognition worked well to allow entry and exit from the car park. The signposting after that to the Terminal is bad but as its not far its fine to find the way. The price is for me too high but I guess its simply supply and demand and it would of course be too much to ask that this is not taken advantage of. Overal, we we satisfied, but as I say not with the price, its too expensive!

Completely unprofessional and misleading service
I paid in advance for airport parking and a shuttle. Their sign promised a maximum waiting time of 10 minutes, but after more than 20 minutes the shuttle had still not arrived. At least 10 other vehicles were waiting with the same problem, while nobody answered any of our calls.
I was forced to leave and pay for alternative parking at the last minute to avoid missing my flight. I then submitted a formal complaint and requested a refund. More than 10 days later, they have ignored every email and call and kept my money for a service they never provided.
Taking a customer’s payment, failing to provide the promised service and then completely ignoring them is disgraceful. Zero professionalism, zero accountability and absolutely no respect for customers. Completely unreliable, avoid this company.

The parking is indeed great
The parking is indeed great, and the location allows you to get to the airport in 10 minutes via shuttle. The staff are very pleasant—I’d especially like to highlight the tall Dutch guy with glasses, who was friendly and really knew his job. The parking service system is transparent: you drop off your car, they take you practically to the airport entrance, and pick you up when you fly back.
There was only one thing I didn't like: the car was terribly dirty upon return. It's unclear where they moved it to, but when I came back, I found it covered in some kind of sawdust or wood shavings, and very dusty. I had left the car in a clean condition.

Through Parkos, you can compare and book airport parking, but we don't operate the car parks ourselves. Because we are not the owner of the parking lot, we unfortunately cannot comment directly on what occurred.
We advise contacting the parking provider directly to file a complaint. Please keep in mind that parking providers are generally not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle, which is why we always recommend taking all valuables with you.

NOBODY PICKED US UP
Waiting for more then an hour and still no answer. In the beginning he told us 15 minutes and after 15 minutes still no one to be there to pick us up at the airport after being tired from traveling. Calling him to ask Where he is and he told us 10 minutes. After half an hour calling him again and no answer. Called 8 times and we are cold and tired. STILL NO ONE SHOWING UP. Its like more than an hour passing by and we took an uber to the car park. Worst experience ever
