Be careful about their marketplace as they are prioritizing their sellers instead of their customers.

The pizza had plenty of cheese and really tasty pepperoni. It was delicious, and they were very generous with the toppings — they definitely didn’t skimp on the ingredients.

Great device very happy with it now. It was frustrating before having to set up Apple CarPlay and then losing it.
It was not so easy to link the device first time around, OTTO were helpful with this, but more set-up information would be helpful also details on which type of product option to buy and why as this made me hesitant.

At first I thought it was a reliable store. I bought 4 big furnitures with them. 3 arrived prety much on time and the last one, a big desk, it is being more than a month with delivery problem with an excuse that the address was wrong. How come it is wrong if the other 3 arrived. They promised to delivery a new package within 3 to 5 days and I just tracked the package and it is showing that we have to go to the pickup point which is not what we have agreed.

Terrible customer service. Bought a dishwasher back in November 2024, it has been broken since 6 months and every time I get in touch they say they need around 6 weeks to send someone. Then someone takes extra 4-5 weeks to come. The machine is broken and doesn't work. They don't accept this and they want to send someone new. Feels like they are wasting time till the machine guaranty falls out.

The worst site ever. They sent a defective product, then they changed but I need to pay the delivery charge twice and also pay for the same product at a higher price. This is very unfair. Also, the worst customer service.

Reliable and fast delivery, best prices for certain products and categories. Finally European alternative for Amazon!

Again, I ordered something at Otto and they shipped it with Hermes - again. After a week or so, I checked and the tracking said that the package had been returned to Otto successfully. That is already the second time that Hermes did this with an Otto delivery (not with other companies, though). There was no delivery attempt at ours, nothing. So, I called Otto and asked for my used bonus points back. It needed three calls to finally finish a conversation with them. Two earlier attempts were disconnected prematurely for technical reasons - I assume.
They could not tell me when my points will be reimbursed after this failed shipment. I asked them if they can give or borrow me 40 points (worth 0,80EUR, I still had 210 points or so) so I could place another order with the same product using the same discount of 250 points (worth 5 EUR). I explained the urgency because the ordered soap bubble sets were needed for a birthday party to come. Time was getting short now after one week lost for a failed delivery by Hermes. They denied and the call was about to end. So, I summarized the two failures: a) failed delivery by Hermes and b) Otto not being able to get my points back or give me a small gift or credit to catch up with this delivery for an upcoming birthday party.
So, after that speech, the hotline person actually started talking about being able to give me a 5 EUR coupon. And then he explained that he is going to send it to me (are you sitting down?) by mail (so, by a real letter via snail mail). OMG, the urgency was still not understood. Miracle to come: I asked if I can get that by email instead for time reasons. He promised to check and we hung up. A few minutes later I received the coupon by email and was able to order again. We will see if this order comes through and in time.
Overall still very disappointing. When my free-shipping abonnement with Otto is over, I will stop using Otto for good.
Also, I will try to avoid Hermes as much as possible. I feel like they are the most unreliable delivery service in Germany.
Not recommended to buy into this kind of hassle and frustration with these two companies.

What I love most is how genuinely caring they are about their customers you can tell they actually value people. They’re also super easy to contact and always respond quickly and helpfully. What type of bullshit company is this you ask for a quote for home insurance you fill out paperwork and they give you site's that don't insure your home plus they tell you they got another quote and it's not even for your state I live in south Carolina and they giving for north Carolina just a lot of junk quotes coming from different companies!!!!!

Fraud! Fraudulent Service. Disappointed, Dismayed and Unbelievable experience. Otto is disloyal, unprofessional and deceptive.

Otto took my car with upfront part payment, lied to me several times and I honestly was fooled by the reviews. I entrusted my car service to him. He advised me that it will be best to take the car and finish working on it and that was the end of my Cadillac. Never picked up his calls after a while, led to months of no pickup.

If anyone knows how I can press charges, please help me. I am distraught

Worst customer support i have ever encountered. They have no interest in helping, they just want to get rid of you. They completely ignored all of my messages and basically just told me to ask someone else...

Simplicity in placing an order and quick delivery.

Abdullah and Abdul made every effort to find me a car, in view of my medical circumstances. They were so helpful and managed to find me a suitable car.
I would like to thank them both for their help,and would highly recommend their service.

I do not recommend this “company” at all. Besides trying to lure you in with a bunch of things written on paper just to eventually make you work like a slave for next to nothing, you should also be extremely careful about the accommodation they provide. It is absolutely filthy and disgusting.

For couples, there are no studios available. So, if you want to come together, you will most likely end up living in a building with so called apartments, but that’s not what they really are. It is simply a building with rooms, and those rooms have to be shared with other people.

And if you happen to want a studio just for you and your wife, you will have to wait in line, even if they initially told you that you would be staying in a studio. They will not tell you this because they are looking for slaves and people with no standards or expectations.

If you eventually decide that you do not want to work with them, they will start telling everyone lies about you, claiming that you do not have enough money to support yourself, that you cannot afford transportation, and many other false stories. You know exactly who you are, H.S.
