OrzGK Reviews

Massive shoutout to Allen and the OrzGK team! Exceptional communication, a seamless ordering process, and the piece arrived packaged securely and in pristine condition. Top-notch support for any collector—10/10!

I am very happy with OrzGK! I have purchased two resin statues from them, and I am extremely impressed by their quality, beautiful details, and overall craftsmanship. The work done by the studios is truly amazing!

I also had a great experience with their customer service. Allen was friendly, helpful, and responsive, and my issue was handled with great care. The support I received exceeded my expectations.

I already have two more statues on preorder, and I am looking forward to receiving them!

Thank you to the OrzGK team and the studios for your amazing work and excellent service. I highly recommend OrzGK to fellow collectors!

I have preordered a few Levi Ackerman figures from them they figures are always well packaged with no damages.
I trust the website and the customer service is very good. Ella is always very helpful and clear when it comes to the shipping costs and the invoices.

Going strong with them. They are quick to help me and I've started to order more from them. Will keep doing business and a big thanks to Felix and Lucy for always helping me out.

I’m really happy with my Palmon & Biyomon sleep set! The design is adorable, and having two of my favourite Digimon together makes it even more special. 🌿🪽

I’d also like to give a big thank you to Allen for their support and patience throughout the process. They were very understanding, helpful, and made everything much easier. I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to help me.

Overall, I’m very happy with the sleep set and the experience. It’s a lovely addition for any Digimon fan, especially if Palmon and Biyomon are favourites!

Loved the communication throughout the whole process; very transparent about pricing and easy to deal with. The figure was packed so well and it was totally worth the wait. I’d definitely get my figures from them again.

Thanks orzgk and Jenny for the Good service. They quickly answered all my questions in WhatsApp. I received my order last week and it came well packaged. The delivery was fast for sea shipping. And the statue was as described in the orzgk website. Looks great. Thanks 🙏

A few months back, I just started collecting resin figures and didn’t know where to look. Orzgk came up and I researched about them which seemed to be quite reputable. I placed my first preorder which recently came in and am quite satisfied with the whole process of it all. Not only did the figure arrive safely, but all my questions with my assistant were answered. I’ve never had such great customer service. Orzgk made sure my ordering process and shipping went smoothly and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Can’t wait to order more

Excellent communication and customer service.

The products I ordered arrived safely and in minted condition. The sales assistant provided necessary information during relevant parts of the order process, e.g. about time expectancy and different shipping options.
The parcels had been thoughtfully packaged so as to minimise any potential harm to the products during transport.

All in all, this is probably the best experience I have had buying collectible statues and figures.

I recently bought from OrzGK a figure. It was a pre-order. After a few weeks I was worried, no news on my statue...so I contacted customer service and they reassured me, my order was secured and they will contact me when the time comes to choose a method of shipping. Very good service! So this week I received my statue and it was perfect and all! So shop with confidence with OrzGK!

They were very communicative and kind from the moment I checked out!! Product arrived safely and if I had questions it was easy to reach out to Ella, who was so kind and answered all my questions. Would absolutely purchase from again!

I had a fantastic experience ordering from ORZGK! I managed to get a extremely rare figure that I couldn't find anywhere else, and the whole process was completely seamless.

The customer service and order tracking were top-notch. A special thanks to Ella for her amazing communication—she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way.

Everything was perfect! If I had one small suggestion to help them expand their service even further, it would be great to see additional shipping options in the future (like sea freight for lower costs on larger orders) or an optional extra outer packaging/double-boxing feature for maximum protection.

That being said, I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend ORZGK to any collector. I will definitely be buying from them again!

Great figurine pricing and plenty of shipping options for speed and cost. I began collecting at the beginning of the year with orders starting the previous year and I have yet to be disappointed.

Ordered multiple things from this website for the first time this year as they have items I need for my daughter for Christmas that I can’t get in the UK. I was a bit worried at first, but every watsapp message I sent got a reply. Items come packaged really well and as described and they’re now safely away for Christmas. Postage to the UK might be a bit much for some but that’s not really to do with the company. If you’re after a specific item though then I’d definitely recommend this place. Still waiting on more stuff to be invoiced and posted and will def shop here in the future.

Great delivery and in perfect condition. Admitting I was a bit skeptical about getting my sculpture and art display. But thats the norm when u preorder. Have to wait awhile especially shipping from japan. But looking forward to buy from them again.Still waiting on my rest of delivery. But excited for it to ship out:)

Had a good experience ordering from Orzgk! Already received 3 orders (and I have another 2 upcoming pre-orders), it is easy to reach out to them (they are available on WhatsApp and email), and they process the shipping pretty fast once it is paid.
Once the product is available they will contact you with shipping options. Please have in mind that express shipping will be expensive if the statue is big and heavy, but they also provide cheaper options for those cases (ship + land delivery).

Simply amazing. Will be my first choice if I’m looking for another statue.

I had an easy and fast proccess, no problems what so ever.
Thank you, Allen!

The process to from buying to receiving the figure I ordered was great and straightforward. Allen also helped a lot with handling the shipping information and time sensitive information, their assistance was appreciated.
