Ora matress when you really want the best

Bought the Ora mattress around May 2026 and requested delivery for the 10th of July, as we were moving into a new house. The customer service was fantastic — they kept us informed throughout, and the delivery was punctual on the 10th, exactly as requested. The mattress is super comfortable so far, and we couldn't be happier.

Mentioned I‘d be off on holidays…

Mentioned I‘d be off on holidays shortly and mattress was delivered a day and a half after order placed. Amazing both on customer care front and on product itself. Didn’t need 1-3 days to get used to mattress; was back pain free after first night.

Longer delivery than expected…but no more back pain!

It took a bit more time than expected to be delivered, but the customer service was really helpful and informative. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable for the first time, but it is amazing and no back pain anymore.
