Very nice, comfortable socks. Would rate five if regular crew socks were taller! An inch or two like most other brands like Wigwam.

Socks arrived very quickly, however disappointing quality, 3 out do the 5 pairs had lose threads already. All were poorly finished at the hem. Contacted asking for a refund, to be fair communication was quick however they have tried to push for a replacement which I have not wanted due to the overall poor quality. Communication is now poor, I have received an automated email about cancellation of my order but no acknowledgement or apology, I assume I will be getting a refund?
Disappointing.

Well, they’re beautiful socks…weird to say, but true. They held their width and LENGTH after washing, which was the biggest worry I had. The inside is soft, and they are so warm! I’m looking forward to winter so I can wear them!

I still have to use my socks...waiting for some cold days to arrive here. But I am extremely satisfied. The feel and texture is great. The colours are nice and vibrant. Cannot wait to put them on. The delivery time and service is exceptional.

So far so good. They are 'big' but not 'heavy'. They keep my feet warmer than any other socks I've ever owned.

Very well constructed and warm. If .Alaska teaches you one thing, how to stay warm. The socks do not slouch or stretch. They launder well and retain their shape and colors. Look forward to purchasing more.

I placed an order for 5 pairs of socks.
When I received the confirmation of the order a few minutes later I identified that the shipping address detailed was incorrect.
I contacted Nordic UK Customer Services immediately via their email.
I was informed there was nothing they could do even though the order had just been placed
They suggested I contact Royal Mail to try to resolve.
Very poor Customer Service & equally poor knowledge of UK Consumer Goods Legislation.

They wouldn’t provide a shipping label for return. Had to email them just to initiate a return. They stated they would provide refund within seven business days of the return. A couple weeks after they received the shipment (based on my USPS tracking number), they still hadn’t processed the return, so I had to report credit card fraud to my bank to get a refund.

Very nice, warm and cozy socks. Making me want to replace all my other socks.

I ordered from the Australian website that offered me express today shipping for an extra fee. Then I received an email saying they would be delivered within seven days.. all there email responses are automated and there’s no way to reach them. Highly unreliable and now that I’ve looked further into it. It sounds like the socks Do not last.

Love my socks! Expected more bulk for that level of warmth, but was happily surprised! They fit well. Soft and not scratchy. 5 stars!

So loving my socks. They are such funky colours and feel so nice and comfortable to wear. Delivery was pretty quick considering New Zealand is only a hop, skip and a jump from Antartica.

No real origin story, seems to be a German company set up 9 years ago:'Bokyna GmbH is a German company set up to sell fashion items and accessories online, with returns handled through a Cheshire logistics unit. On that evidence the operator looks like a European e-commerce company that picked "Nordic" because it sells well'.

There are other companies (not the variations of this 'Nordic marketing' set up designed to catch the unwary) but genuine companies with proper origin stories and authentic business practices - maybe look for them, not companies like this.

Very good service & delivery

I wanted to protect family and friends from the Yule Cat. These should do the trick.

I like the socks I bought and really want to buy more, but the website forces you to buy 5 pairs, and they don't have single pair options in anywhere near all the colors.

So I can't buy single pairs of the socks I actually want.

If they fixed this basic problem, I'd buy like 3 more pairs.

Order arrived as expected. Gave as a birthday gift to my 2 year old granddaughter on recommendation of her mom. She tried them on and they fit! Will be great in the colder weather coming soon! 😊
