This was our first rental property and first experience with Nomad Leasing. Very impressive with how soon and how many interest of prospective tenants. It took me a minute to get the swing of the website & figure out how to use it to communicate. But I’m technology challenged. Everyone was so helpful, professional, excellent details, pretty much held my hand through the whole process. Everything from listing to tenants move in instructions. Very grateful & impressed with the level of Nomads vetting of prospective tenant applications and thorough qualifying them. A special thank you to Jeff , for hanging in there with me during the lease section . He was patient and stayed with me until I submitted it. A special thank you to Arielle and Irene they both worked with me and answered every question I had and were kind & patient with my million questions. Everyone understood it was my first time and walked me through it all. We will definitely stay with Nomad for this and future rental properties. Excellent partnership! Much appreciation and our tenant moves in tomorrow.

Easy to work with.
Great service.

They pay you your fair share every month but some months they take a couple hundred extra hoping you won't notice.

When you have a problem with plumbing, heating or any other issues, they sent a random guy out just to look at your house and not fix any problems.

They claim to take 4% but ended up charging me 8%.

Do NOT go with them. It's easier to do everything yourself then to go with Nomad

Nomad has provided great tenant vetting and self-guided open house support for both me in 2024, and my girlfriend in 2026 (she also rented out her house through Nomad after my recommendation). They have made the process of establishing and renewing my rental contracts very easy, and helped me find great tenants whom have now renewed for their 3rd year.

Everything about the process was easy and streamlined. I chose to do self-showings, but with Nomad taking care of the vetting process, it made it so much easier to choose who to set the showings up with. When it came time to do the actual lease, their template made that process easy as well. Overall, it's been a great experience so far. The majority of my contact was with Dan and Jeff, and both were pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions during the setup process.

There is excellent communication from Nomad staff. As soon as I placed my interest in Nomadlease.com I received a phone call from staff and they offered explanation of what their services include. It was a no brainer to sign up for their $99 service to advertise my rental property as I have always done everything by myself to manage my rental property. I like that I am still in control of communicating with prospective tenants and what to add on to the standard lease. I do suggest for Nomad to figure out a better way for prospective tenants to update their contact information. I called, texted, and emailed prospective tenants but did not get any response from several inquiries and a few numbers were not in service.
I came in contact with a highly qualified tenant within 4 days. The family is from out of state. Nomad was able to verify everything about the prospective tenant and Nomad guarantees my monthly rent because they’re the ones chasing the tenant for payment and I don’t have to. Nomad will give me 2 months rent payment to take action on a tenant breaking the lease agreement. Nomad has taken that huge burden off of me. I have been a landlord for 4 years and constantly losing money on tenants’ non-payment and destroying the house. I highly recommend Nomad!
