I spoke with customer service about a letter I received in the mail. During our conversation the primary beneficiary of my life ins policy came up. Come to find out the beneficiary change I made in 2007 was never implicated.
The agent knew the importance of this change and emailed me the forms to file again. She took ownership of my issue and acted promptly so I could refill again.
In closing the agent did a great job, however I am extremely disappointed that the change I made in 2007 was never implicated.
I filled out the forms yesterday and took the letter to the post office to expedite this change.
I will call back in around 10 days to confirm the updated change was made and ask for some type of documentation
