N26 Admits Its Mistake, Then Fails to Fix It! DO NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY WITH N26!
N26 is a disgrace when it comes to customer service and accountability. They admitted in writing that a technical error on their side led to my account being permanently closed and confirmed that it had nothing to do with fraud or suspicious activity. They explicitly promised to help me get my bank account back, yet failed to deliver even after acknowledging their own mistake.
This is the ultimate level of incompetence: a bank admits that it wrongfully left a customer without an account, promises to fix the situation, and then fails to follow through. I am still without my bank account because of their own technical failure. Their apologies are meaningless, their promises are worthless, and their handling of this case has destroyed any trust I had in N26.

Absolute scum.
Absolute scum.
Do not open an account with these fraudsters. They are not to be trusted.
And most definitely never use them for investing unless you want to let them keep your dividends until they feel otherwise.
To add additional substance to this 1 star review. They closed my account (literally stopped me from accessing it) then e mailed me to tell me i owe them 100 euros, which lo and behold was the account renewal fee they charge.
I advised them they have not abided by the regulations in which they must allow me to cancel in a clear and easy manner should i wish to.
What did they do, never responded, did not give a single F and instead sent it to a debt collection agency.
