Excellent support! The team was fast, helpful, and resolved my issue immediately.

It's a useless tool to me because it does not like to hook up very well to my Android phone and when I try to print the labels come out all different ways and does not work they come out cut off and crooked no matter which way I try to fix them so it's like I spent all that money for nothing and I just have not been able to get any use out of it whatsoever it's a decoration on my desk a sad decoration

Convenient printing without the high cost. User friendly product. Uses little space, but delivers a big job. Easy set up. This unit provided everything needed to print my labels for my small business. Great job Munbyn for providing a useful and convenient thermal printer, labels, and scale. Kudos.

Brilliant customer service and parcel labeller! I got mine in 2022, and still use it today in 2026. I recently had a hiccup with a driver issue because of the new Mac iOS 27 update, but the support team fixed it for me very quickly.
I couldn’t be anymore impressed with their support team and printer. Thank you!!

My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. Their business practices feel incredibly sleazy, especially when it comes to returns and refunds.

If you have any issue with your order, be prepared for endless back-and-forth. Instead of actually trying to resolve the problem, they stall, avoid, deflect, and make the return/refund process unnecessarily difficult. It feels like the goal is to frustrate customers enough that they eventually give up.

Getting your money back should not require repeatedly contacting a company, chasing down responses, and jumping through unnecessary hoops. Good companies stand behind what they sell and make things right when there is a problem. That was absolutely not my experience here.

I wish I had read more about this company before ordering because I would have taken my business elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and do not order from them. There are plenty of companies that actually value their customers and stand behind their products.

Your customer service is highly commended. I made a mistake of placing my order for Munbyn 130 in purple color instead of pink. I sent an email request and Lori (Senior Sales) was able to change to my preferred color. The updates were fast and timely. Looking forward to make more purchases!

The product didn’t work with my school’s WiFi, where we log in to WiFi using our username. Customer service was not helpful and I had to pay my own return shipping even though the item was essentially unusable.

HI i had a issue with a product and many emails later it was resolved and they were very understanding and helpful .

So far so good.. this is a great product I would say it contains my 3 perfect qualities.. good,beautiful and priceless..

I didn’t get my complete order and was worried. I sent Munbyn a email in which they responded right away. The other half of my order came with the next couple of days. I was very happy with the quick communication with Munbyn. The products so far are nice. I can’t want to start making my labels. I would recommend Munbyn products to anyone because a no ink label maker WHATTT lol. I am so excited for this product. Also great customer service

Great, they sorted out my delivery address that was wrong, my doing not theirs I will get add. Took time to answer my messages but still it got sorted and that’s the main thing. So I will definitely use again

The label maker was delivered fast and efficiently. It is reliable and works well with my recycled labels I use for shipping. The Munbyn label printer has been a necessary addition to my business and has improved efficient.

Excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered two printers instead of one and contacted MUNBYN shortly after placing the order. Their support team responded very quickly, cancelled the extra printer before it was shipped, and arranged the refund without any hassle.

Order incomplete- the most important part of the order (the label printer) was missing and the company never replied to any of our attempts to contact them.
