They are impossible to cancel and their customer service was garbage. I canceled over a month before it shipped and they told me I had not cancelled even though the portal shows I was cancelled. Their customer service just kept telling me to go online and cancel vs. offer a refund or allow to return. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I did not mind the product, but they would not cancel my subscription despite multiple attempts to contact them. Do not order!

They didn't deliver my product, when I contacted they informed that they do not ship to Portugal, so I requested a refund. It's been months and they did not paid me back yet.

Do not buy from this company, their customer service is non existent when trying to cancel a subscription. I have tried several times and will be forced to take legal action should they continue to take unauthorised monies from my account.

Company is a scam I purchased their product 2 months ago product shown in my area 2 weeks ago now in another state all I'm told is thank you for your understanding

This is a pill that must be swallowed!! Most kids need a gummy/chewable!!
I placed an order for Grow Spark & Sleep Spark. It arrived fine. However, I realized the company has no proof they put in the pill, what they say they will put in it. It could be TRASH. So I asked for a return. After THREE WEEKS of waiting for a response they asked me for a picture of my bottles. They did NOT address my concern. They could have offered proof of contents, but did not. I sent a picture. I waited 1 more week.
They finally responded: We cannot honor a return because your reason for refund is not accepted. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT in their first response! Why wait another week!? ALSO- Their website says they give 60 days NO questions asked refund policy!!
Why not have proof they are 3rd party tested!!??
Why take a month to resolve my issue!?
Why not let me have a refund?

ALSO- Their weekly email flyers ARE SO GENERIC & A.I. CREATED it's a joke. Their labels look equally FAKE. I am so mad I GOT SCAMMED.

I ordered the first time and it arrived within five days for UK, just because I am desperate to believe that it does something, I ordered second time. The second shipment comes from China, it takes already 12 days to travel and hasn't arrived yet.I am really concern is this safe or harmful for my child they don't answer the emails. I sent already three no answer. They trick you in a subscription be aware.

Purchased product, enrolled us into a subscription service that we didn't opt into, customter service incredibly poor.......

They advertise 60day return policy but they wouldn’t except my return. I told them my son is allergic to milk and I didn’t notice milk is in the ingredients and they ignored all of my messages and kept saying they would have customer service get in touch with me but they never did. Like why say you accept returns if you have limitations on them. Bad business. Bad customer service!

We are trying this for my son, we ordered 3 months worth of capsules they seem to be working well. It's hard to tell really, because he is growing. We just don't know if he is growing due to natural growth or because of the tablets. But he is growing nonetheless. I don't understand the comments about the capsule being too big for a child. We just opened the capsule and pour the contents into a small amount of juice and my son drinks it easily. I have given this review 4 stars. Because we were set up for a repeat subscription that I didn't ask for and we cancelled it, so otherwise I would give it five stars.

I unsubscribed on their website and they continued to send me product and charge me. I complained and they wrote back that I should unsubscribe on the website. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ships from outside of the US. It doesn’t tell you when you’re buying and then sets you up for a subscription you didn’t want. Awful experience

I placed my order on 11 July, I have sent multiple emails on when this will be delivered, and they keep responding with it is in transit. It has now been 16+ days since I ordered with no delivery, nor do they have any support to assist you when doing inquiries.

The tablets we received were too big for our child to swallow. After contacting customer service via email the response we got was just awful. In short they won't offer you any help or allow you to return /refund the item at all. They just send you silly messages and ask you to send photos in which even if you do they ask you to do it again. Its just delay frustrate and steal your money. To annoy me even more I then got charged again after 30 days for another batch we i didn't know i had ordered!! its not clear at all that your signing up for more of these. Its a scam set up where you won't get your money back. I'm trying to contact my bank to get these charges back. The pills themselves are very large an adult would struggle to swallow them. Do not buy from this company unless you want to lose your money

A very bad experience with them. it ws suddenly deduct on my account and them when I ask for refund they have alot of excuses, the conversation goes almost 2months with no refund and action from them. Very bad customer service, Scam they take my money even repetive asking them to refund since i do not have the product.

Giving it one star as there was a hidden subscription when buying and when trying to get out of subscription is very hard to find says you can do it from the page I was on but can’t and still trying to email to end the subscription

I was expecting my son to grow more but after 2 entire box’s of them he hasn’t grown at all they don’t work at all and is a total scam don’t buy or subscribe as they don’t work what so ever

Be careful of them scamming you into a subscription and then making it impossible to get out of. I have had to involve my bank in the end to cancel future payments. They were very unresponsive on email and deflected me to try and drag out the process. I haven't even received my tablets for over 3 weeks now. TOTAL SCAM!

I have emailed and also go onto the website to try and stop the continuous product. They keep sending me and taking my money and nobody is responding. I would put this down as a scam product.
