I’m so happy with everything I got from Moonkie! ❤️
The silicone bibs are really nice and sturdy, and the little pocket actually catches the food instead of everything ending up on the floor.
I also got the silicone plates and stainless steel bowls with suction bases, and honestly, the suction is SO good! They don’t budge at all, so no more plates flying off the high chair!
I also bought a teether with a suction base, and both my kids are obsessed with it! One is 6 months old and the other is 2.5 years old, so I’d say it’s a hit! 😂
The straw cup is great too! It seems really good quality, and even when you shake it or turn it upside down, the water doesn’t spill everywhere. Perfect for my little one!
Overall, I’m genuinely so pleased with everything. Everything feels well made and is actually useful in everyday life with kids. Definitely recommend Moonkie!

Fiber shedding on baby toy; customer service refuses return unless you pay overseas shipping
Ordered the Rexie plush advertised as a high-quality baby toy, but it shed loose synthetic fibers upon the very first touch - a direct choking and ingestion hazard for an infant.
When I contacted customer service with photos, they dismissed the shedding as "normal" and claimed it should be washed multiple times.
Instead of taking responsibility for a defective infant item, they revealed their return warehouse is overseas, told me I would have to pay expensive international shipping and customs fees myself, and offered a measly partial refund to walk away. This is deceptive marketing and appalling safety standards for children's products. Avoid buying toys from this brand.

The delivery man was not wearing a…
The delivery man was not wearing a uniform. He left the parcel in front of my door while I was in the lounge room. I saw him outside and initially thought someone might have entered my yard and been doing something illegally. I came out to the front to check and realised that he had already left in a white car. The car had no company logo or anything else that could identify him as a courier or delivery driver.

Great quality products - beware of surfaces
Great quality products! The suction is amazing on surfaces it sticks to, however it did not work with our wooden table or the table pad we tried it on. This is still a quality product, just beware that it might not work on every surface.
