Review of Minitool Partition Wizard

Overall, my experience is positive, but there are a few things worth mentioning:

The purchasing process for companies is not ideal - there is no option to enter company details in order to receive a proper invoice.

Although the software looks nice, I somehow feel that older versions were more intuitive and easier to work with.

Some features, like Space Analyzer, should include a graphical representation of file usage to make navigation easier.

And finally, it would be great if the tool had a built‑in network client so we could perform file backups through Minitool LiveBoot.

Purchased the movie maker program and had problems with the computer I downloaded it on. I contacted the company and explained the issue. In less than 24 hours they had reset my product keys so I could download the program on a different computer.

I am happy for Your Yesterdays support. I have a problem. il recovering e 20 GB .mov File on a 10 TB Seagate Backup Plus external USB drive and Yesterday I tried to recover directLy from folder in wich the file was and I filtered for scanning only NTFS partiton and only mov files. The scan terminated in about 16 hours but i did not find my .mov file. Any suggestion?

Amazing and fast customer service. Was able to get the help I needed in under 10 minutes. Been a customer since 2017 and plan to keep using their software.

Minitool were very understanding regarding my request for licence reset due to changes in my computers. resolved the issue quickly with great advice as well.
