Paid for a phone (listed as in stock) and a week later, I emailed them asking about the status of my order only to be told that they ran out of stock and will refund. I would much rather they send out the phone once they've received it instead of refunding. This was the first time attempting to buy from them, never again...

They are great. I got my phone on time. They made sure the phone is protected. I picked it up in Nextlevel Sign n Print store. A person will call you to tell you that it is ready to pick up. Set a date if you couldn't get it on the day they called you. Thank you, guys.

I made a purchase at August 30 on Mi4Canada, and received pick-up phone call from Eazy Phone on September 9. The pickup location is rather easy to find in an industrial plaza with door sign showing Next Level Sign and Print Inc. Just need a piece of ID to pickup my phone. Smooth and convinent.

Small errors but sorted in the end
Four stars because at the end of the day, it was due to my fault for the delays, but mi4canada helped where they could.
My initial order failed at payment, so when I went to resubmit the order, my shipping address and billing address got mixed up.
I emailed to update my shipping address, and got confirmed but unfortunately the item was sent to the original, incorrect address which is where I deduct the 1 star. Because the new address was out of province (where I was staying for vacation), I had to speak with DHL to get it delivered to my parents place instead.
It took a bit longer to get to me than expected but communication was sufficient and I was able to get my order at the end of the day. Happy to work with mi4canada in the future
