Recently purchased some more for another grandaughter birthday but part if the set was missing. I e mailed Mand B and the bracelet was delivered by currier next day. No questions asked. Poor customer service and unclear website info
I bought a necklace, earrings and bracelet from mettle and Bloom who operated a 3 for 1 promo at the time. The tennis bracelet was too small. I bought the largest size available and don't have particularly large wrists but it was too small to close. I contacted the company who said that I would have to return at my own cost. They could send out a different one with extenders but I would also have to pay the shipping to send replacement to me. If I paid to return the item for a refund I would lose the cost of shipping it back to them plus they would remove the 50 euro value of the cheapest item on promo so I would only get the value of bracelet 85 euro minus 50 euro so 35 euro. I could not send whole order back for refund because they don't accept returns on earrings. The website is misleading as it looks like extenders come with bracelet but they do not. These are tiny bracelets. The necklace was just ok, looks a bit cheap to be honest. Earrings are probably best item. Just going to give bracelet to a teenage relative with sufficiently small wrists. This is very poor customer service. First time buying from them and last time.

At the time of purchase, this bracelet was available in three sizes to choose from: 16.5cm, 18cm as well as an adjustable 3-clasp style. Because the fixed 18cm style was selected, the order was dispatched accordingly and we are glad that you availed of our 3for2 offer and free delivery. Under our standard policy, return shipping for size exchanges on correctly dispatched items is covered by the customer, while return costs are covered by us if an error occurs on our end.
When an exchange wasn't preferred, our team followed up by phone and email to offer two complimentary extension clasps sent free of charge so the bracelet could be easily adjusted to your preferred length. However, as you noted, you gifted the bracelet to a loved one, so the clasps were not required.
We take all feedback on board and are always looking for ways to improve the shopping experience. While the details were outlined in the product description at the time of purchase, we have since added photos specifically highlighting the clasps on each variation to make choosing a size even easier, so thank you for your feedback.
