Hi I ordered a Flydigi demo over the weekend, but I was confused about whether it was the V2 model or another model. I texted support, and they replied quickly on the next working day. The controller arrived very fast! Even though it was a demo, it was packed like it was brand new and clean, with no finger marks or signs of usage. I am very satisfied.
Now, I will definitely order again. I need the station, case, and sticks for the Flydigi, so I will surely order again. Thanks for the great service, at least in my experience. For a cheap man like me, I at least wish to get a discount code for my next purchase as new customer! 😊

Shipped me the wrong item
update: They answered on monday with a link to claimlane to start the process there, this adds time and work to be done, needed to verify that I actually got the wrong item.
then was told to send in the item, when item was recieved and evaluated then they would ship out the correct item, meaning in best cases in 2 weeks, in worst cases 3-4 weeks or a new wrong item, no offer of keeping the item with discount, I did however got 75kr (NOK) of for free shipping on my next purchase....
they also did say later that they could send it faster, unfortunatly for me they kept dragging this out, instead of just sending it, so I had to keep the wrong item.
they get 3 stars, up from 2, just because the item will do the work needed.

Shipped me the wrong item. so awaiting response, they do take a rather long time to respond to emails, they might not be that many that works there, so it could be explained by that fact.
however, they did send the wrong item of what I ordered and what says on my order online and the pakcing sheet in the box, so that is a woopsie.
lets see how the Customer Service deals with the issue for this to go up or down in stars.

Having just under 90 orders on Maxgaming, I can definitely highly recommend their website, especially in Europe. Which is the only experience I can vouch for. Quick delivery, large stock of tech gear, only EU store stocking a LOT of niche products.
For customers service I've only had great experiences. They send me label and replace/repair as long as the claims are valid.
Prices are what they are, some can be high because of EU VAT/taxes, that's just how it is.
