An excellent pair of shoes
You’ve sold me an excellent pair of shoes - high quality, comfortable, stylish. I’m very happy with them.

Recommended.
I went into a London store for a fitting, i received very warm and friendly service. I ordered a pair of shoe online and they arrived well packaged, the fit was exactly as the pair i tried in the shop. This was my first pair of Loake shoes, I can see myself buying another pair in a different colour.

Another pair of beautiful Loake shoes
Another pair of beautiful Loake shoes. I have several pairs and I wanted to use my current winter Loake shoes (at least 6 years old and still amazing condition) for work and have a new pair for best.
The quality of the new shoes is beautiful, worth every penny and I expect them to last for at least as long as my original pair. The choice on the website and the ease of use, make ordering, paying (Via PayPal my preferred method online), and delivery a breeze. Thanks Loake, keep up the good work.

Excellent
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The delivery was handled by a very courteous and professional courier, and the shoes arrived securely packaged in a protective outer box. The shoebox itself was elegant and beautifully presented, with a thoughtful little card thanking me for my purchase.
As for the shoes, the quality is outstanding. The craftsmanship is excellent, the leather is of exceptional quality, and the attention to detail is evident throughout.
Overall, a premium product with equally impressive packaging and service. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Loake shoes.

The folks who work at Loake really care about your experience at the store and they know the products really well. They were really accommodating as I tried on different styles and sizes to manage a good fit with my orthotics. Great service and a great product.

Quick delivery service and no quibbles when I needed to send back, shame there is no exchange service, that would have been smoother.
