Keine Ware, kein Kundenservice

Keine Ware, kein Kundenservice – Shop scheinbar aufgegeben
​Meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Shop sind seit Anfang 2026 leider durchweg negativ. Ich habe Ware bestellt und ordnungsgemäß bezahlt, warte seitdem aber vergeblich auf eine Versandbestätigung oder irgendeine Auskunft zu meinen Artikeln. Die Kommunikation ist komplett abgebrochen; es gibt keinerlei Rückmeldung auf meine Anfragen. Es wirkt fast so, als ob der Betrieb eingestellt wurde, ohne die Käufer vorab zu informieren. Sehr unprofessionell und ärgerlich.

Kommunikation ist sehr schlecht.

Die Kommunikation ist sehr schlecht bezüglich des Versandes und sonstigen Fragen.
Auf E-Mails wird gar nicht geantwortet und über Instagram kommt eine Antwort mit sehr viel Wartezeit (bis zu über 4 Wochen keine Antwort).
Keine gute Kommunikation bezüglich verloren gegangener Ware ob man als Kunde davon betroffen ist oder nicht, die dadurch entstehende Rückzahlung dauert sehr lange aufgrund fehlender Auskunft.
Wenn die Ware mal ankommt war bis jetzt alles in Ordnung.
Diese Erfahrung wurde seit Ende Januar 2026 gemacht.
Stand Juli 2026: Keine Rückerstattung seit 4 Wochen obwohl die Ware nicht vorhanden ist. Der Shop hatte selbst die Rückerstattung vorgeschlagen und seit dem keine Antwort mehr auf Nachfrage.
