Belle is easy to use. Prices are consistent. I’m not happy about getting only 2 months at a time. I liked it better when shipments were 6 months.

I cannot say anymore good things about this company as a girl who’s insurance stopped paying for her meds about a year ago I have been with them ever since and they have been amazing I was so down in the dumps about my weight but Belle made it possible to achieve my goals and a year later I’m down almost 100 pounds and still going! They have been nothing but wonderful they recently came out with some new promotions that make getting the meds so affordable I literally cried today when I got the message about saving! It’s such a blessing I would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you so much Belle for making me feel more like myself every day!

Rated 3 only because of such limited access for California. I am hoping you find more pharmacies to service California so I can remain with Belle. The customer service is excellent.

I truly love how you check in on me, always answer my questions and made be feel very safe, knowing I can go to you at anytime and you answer me right away. I had so many questions and you always answered them. The price never went up and that was a blessing to me. I started at 210 in I think it was June and I am at 184 now. I have a ways to go but it’s so nice having you all behind me give me the will to keep going even when I hit plateaus. So I am very pleased and will stay with you for the entirety if my weight loss and then even to keep the weight off.

Love the service, the care, and the updates we need to know while on the program. The attention to the details in the community circle is amazing, for any concern or questions we have there’s a video about that concern. I love it!

I switched to Belle after seeing their educational posts on social media. They seemed knowledgeable and caring, but I was cautious. My previous experience with telehealth included hard-to-reach support, promises of a community that never materialized, and waiting days for help with medication issues.
Belle has exceeded my expectations, and it’s the everyday things that have earned my trust. I can reach support by text, through the portal, or by calling—and someone actually answers. My medications arrive within a few days, and I’m kept informed along the way.

The biggest surprise has been the online community. Staff are there daily, educating patients and answering questions. There are thousands of members, but it doesn’t feel impersonal. The atmosphere is positive, helpful, and grounded. I’ve learned so much, and having that ongoing support has made a real difference in how I feel about my care.

I also appreciate how willing they are to listen. They ask for feedback and seem genuinely open to improving. When they introduced a new portal and made changes to pharmacies, they kept everyone informed. The new portal is beautifully designed, too. Their rewards and discounts have also given me more opportunities to save.

One thing I wish had been handled better — I would have liked to receive my full clinician notes throughout the transition to the new portal. That is...the same notes in the previous portal transferred to the new one.
Honestly though, I am in awe of Belle Health. What a community! It’s greatly improved my life. It's amazing to be on a healing journey with such a trustworthy company. After being disappointed elsewhere, it’s a relief to have a company consistently follow through on every level of support. That’s why I recommend Belle so wholeheartedly.

Belle has treated me very well. They have great customer service. The portal was a little challenging to get into. I believe they had recently changed formats. I was given a $100 credit toward tirzepatide which I was not in need of. They allowed me to switch the credit toward sermorelin instead. That was much appreciated. The medicine was Aok! I have no problem using their services again.

Belle is the absolute best! They actually care about people. They excel at education, and being able to talk to a real person of you have a problem. The delivery is super fast also. Can't say enough good things.

I have used another company and Belle is the better choice.The switch was easy and I have had a great experience with Belle. Any questions have been answered quickly. My medication comes to my door with syringes and alcohol wipes making starting this process so easy. I hope to be able to someday utilize some of the other products offered. I’m on tirzepatide. I tell all my friends about Belle as the best place to receive treatment.
