Absolute joke of a company,
Had both impressions top & bottom approved by their 'EXPERTS' when they arrived they did not fit.
They sent a new impression kit for the bottom set only, again approved
Received the bottom set guess what? They are a different shade to the top
Look horrendous!
Asked about how I go to getting this issue resolve.
They said nothing can be done as its out of the 14 day manufacturing guarantee.
If it was not for thier 'EXPERTS' getting it wrong in the first place, We wouldn't have this issue bearing in mind paying £349 & stating on your order you get a 3 year warranty. Bull***t
No customer service skills at all. Please AVOID at all costs if you don't want to be disappointed!

Following a review of your order, we can confirm that although your concerns were initially reported within the 14-day Manufacturer’s Warranty period, the supporting evidence required for our technicians to assess the issues was not received until well after this timeframe had passed.
To be eligible for a warranty assessment, issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery and the requested supporting evidence must be provided within the specified timeframe. As these requirements were not met, we’re unable to proceed with a fit-related warranty claim.
We would also like to clarify that the 3-year Extended Warranty covers eligible loss or damage through a like-for-like replacement. Fit and shade concerns must be reported and assessed under the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
We appreciate that you’re disappointed with the outcome, but our decision has been made in accordance with the Warranty Policy and Terms and Conditions agreed to when your order was placed. Further details can be found in our Warranty Policy available on our website.

⭐ 1 Star – Disgusting Customer Service and Misleading Warranty!
Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with Instasmile and their so-called 3-year warranty, which I believe is completely misleading!
They advertise a 3-year warranty, but what they fail to make clear is that if you have any issues within the first 14 days and don’t report absolutely everything that’s wrong within that timeframe, they can later refuse to help you and claim your warranty no longer applies!
My partner’s Instasmile broke after just 7 days, and even then, we had to jump through hoops just to get them to do anything about it!
I’ve now been told that if anything else goes wrong with mine, I will have to pay full price again, despite them advertising a 3-year warranty! How is that acceptable?
What is the point of advertising a 3-year warranty if customers are left with no protection when problems arise after the first 14 days?
I feel completely misled and let down. These products are not cheap, and customers deserve better than being made to feel like they’ve been tricked into believing they’re covered.
Absolutely shocking customer service, a hugely disappointing experience, and a warranty that, in my experience, isn’t worth the paper it’s written on!
I would seriously advise anyone thinking of purchasing from Instasmile to think twice and read every bit of the small print before handing over their money!
I certainly wouldn’t recommend them!

Following a review of your account and order history, we can confirm that you reported a fitment concern within the 14-day Manufacturer’s Warranty period. However, on 25 September, we requested supporting evidence and provided seven days for this to be submitted. Although you responded, the requested evidence was not provided within the required timeframe, meaning the Manufacturer’s Warranty claim could not proceed.
The 3-year Extended Warranty provides one like-for-like replacement for eligible loss or damage. It does not cover fitment issues, which must be reported and assessed under the Manufacturer’s Warranty. As the original fitment concern could not be fully assessed because the requested evidence was not provided within the required timeframe, the Extended Warranty cannot be used to resolve this issue or provide a replacement.
The two warranties have separate terms and eligibility requirements, which are outlined in our Warranty Policy. These requirements are in place to ensure claims are assessed consistently and fairly. These terms are available directly on our website for confirmation and review at any time.
We appreciate that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, but our decision has been made in accordance with the applicable Warranty Policy and the Terms and Conditions agreed to when the order was placed.

I have to say how bad my last purchase…
I have to say how bad my last purchase was, there is no empathy from the customer service at all, I have purchased diffrent shade as the prevouis order was to bright but went really well. However this second product had few diffrent bridges/mouldings inside of the top side. I have took pictures,videos but all they wanted was the images how i put them on and out. At the end they just said my dental profile changed.No it did not ! As i have removed the mouldings my self and guess what they fit. They did not offered any resolution only that i need to pay for new order !! I highly recomend that you dont buy from this company !! They only want your money !! You cant reach them on phone just emails ! I will never buy from them again!!!

Good customer service. My bottom veneer cracked. I explained what happened. They not only sent the bottom but the top as well. They fit perfectly and look good.

I reordered both top and bottom set. The customer service team were amazing, especially has I had forgotten my previous order number. One email later and I was all sorted. Really quick email turn around and I received my new smile within days. Also, I can really feel the new fit, they feel even better than my first set.

dont waste your TIME nor your money.
I was charged for a duplicate order, 1 ordered 1 set of upper veneers and 2 order numbers were used and charged for, $275 twice. Getting someone on the phone to talk to is an adventure in time. their process is cumbersome and not at all customer friendly. The product itself is "OK" not great but just ok. I found myself taking them out several times during the day to drink coffee, cant drink hot liquid, and to eat. overall the product was again, ok. keep in mind this is low end entry level product for wat is generally a very expense trip(s) to the dentist. However due to the duplicate order and the process to get it reversed. I decided to return my veneers and live with my chipped teeth. Still waiting on confirmation of a refund on duplicate order and waiting on instructions to return product. there is ALOT of waiting when using this company.

As Instasmile veneers are custom-made products, they are not eligible for return. However, if you have any concerns about the fit or condition of your veneers, you may be eligible for a review under our Manufacturer’s Warranty. As you have only recently received your Instasmile, it is also worth allowing time to adjust to the feel and appearance of your new smile. Cosmetic enhancements can initially feel and look very different from your natural teeth. A slight lisp, increased saliva and a tight feeling are common during the adjustment period and usually improve with regular wear.
If your veneers feel tight, we recommend soaking them in lukewarm water for 10 to 15 minutes before trying them again. This may help them feel more comfortable as you adjust to wearing them.

It is a little thicker than I expected, but it still does a great job and gives me a beautiful smile. Poor experience with ordering my son’s veneers.
He has missing/cracked teeth from an accident so did my research and thought despite some negative reviews, we would take a chance! I wish I listened!! I
Completed the various instructions for the mould and sent back off for them to be made
The veneers were delivered and honestly borderline comical as they do not pass as natural teeth as they stick out so much, my son isn’t even able to get his lips over the teeth!
They cause my son physical pain when in because they are pushing my sons naturally teeth forward and have further cracked 2 teeth!
Contacted customer services as there must have been some mistake given the pictures and reviews given by others as we have not received anything like those shown - they have declined any claim under the “warranty” even though they are unfit for purpose and not as described..
Customer service is poor once your money has been paid!
Save your money and get them from temu if you want same quality.. really look like joke teeth and it would be funny if we haven’t paid £199 for them!! Sickening for a young lad but we live and learn :(
Please don’t get caught out like we did.. if I find any other decent ones, I will of course follow up and recommend!
Edit - as I seem to be unable to reply to the Instasmile reply - I don’t recall ever being told that there will be an uplift to my sons order - there is a lot of general information on your emails to cover all sorts of dental issues but have never been informed that my sons personal dental profile would require any particular uplift..

This however is an extract from the emails and I don’t think the natural looking or flattering aesthetic possible has been achieved as they look like goofy joke teeth?
The design is supposed to fit on top of my son’s teeth and despite having missing teeth, none are pointing forward giving an exaggerated overbite! I have also shown the veneers to a dentist who confirmed the dental profile doesn’t match what you have sent - I guess we get what we pay for and yes of course I would put a claim in against my credit card - these are u fit for purpose and not as shown in the advertisements!

The case was fully assessed by our technical team, who confirmed that the product was manufactured in the cosmetic uplift design selected when the order was placed and met our warranty criteria for secure fit, material quality and cosmetic enhancement, taking into account the suitability advice provided before manufacture.
During the suitability assessment, you were advised that your son’s angled teeth would affect the design. Our technicians must work from the longest or furthest-forward points of the natural teeth, which can influence the thickness and appearance of the final product. As Instasmile is a removable cosmetic product rather than a dental appliance, bite-related concerns with a single arch are excluded from the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
We understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for. However, following the technical assessment, a remake or replacement was not approved. As you have since raised a chargeback with your payment provider, the order has been closed in accordance with clause 8.07 of our Terms and Conditions. We are sorry you have chosen to take this route.
