Insights Driven Research Reviews 

I did a survey back in August that was claimed to be urgent. I didn't received any payment so far and my email to chase for payment were ignored.
I have been using several online surveys company and this has been the only one that didn't pay the promised compensation.

EDIT: Not sure what details are required; you can see my name in the review (I am not going to put my email address here, but it contains my name and surname). I was contacted by Umer Ahmed on the 21st Aug, and I answered with the required completion screenshot on the 22nd Aug.

Well defined process

Amazing market research company and provides amazing end to end market research forms and payments.

I appreciated the opportunity to give feedback about my profession, and get compensated! A little more clarity on next steps after survey completion would have been helpful. Overall, everyone was pleasant and so was the experience.

IDR follows a 2 step research process, screening followed by the main survey. There only hitch is that the payment arrives in 6-8 weeks.

Very disappointing experience with Insights Driven Research (IDR).

I was invited to complete a paid twice survey. I completed the screening process, qualified for the full questionnaire, completed the survey, and provided the requested screenshot confirming completion.

Despite this, the promised compensation has still not been paid. I followed up multiple times and now multiple months later there is still no payment.

For a professional research company, paying participants as promised should be a basic requirement. Having to repeatedly chase a payment after fully completing the requested work is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on their reliability and professionalism.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend participating in paid research with IDR.

Completed a 45 minutes clinical specialist survey, then completely ignored. No payment received.

They respond that they will reach but they don't actually. Upset that I fell for the scam

Sawaira Naz reached out to be unsolicited to request my insight given my career background in exchange for compensation. Having completed the survey, I was told I would be paid $50 for my time however 4 weeks has passed and after multiple emails and telephone calls to chase this, either Sawaira is inundated with work or is actively avoiding me. This was not the terms of our agreement.
Subsequently, I am now receiving emails from Usman Nawaz for something similar, albeit I asked him to chase this up. Usman must be a bot because he is not actually responding to me other than to ask me to complete a survey.
I have not been impressed with this service whatsoever and there is a contractual breach in my view by Sawaira.

I've been working with IDR for more than two years and taken over 40 surveys. They send me a survey description and if I am interested, I take a screening survey to see if I qualify. If I do, I am receive the survey. Most surveys take about 15 minutes and they are easy to interact with. Occasionally they take a bit of intuitiveness, as when they ask you to move thinks into a particular order. Payment is usually within 2 weeks and the staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. Make sure you are either an industry expert or senior decision-making manager, as those credentials result in the most positive responses.

IDR survey has always been of high quality and indepth since my first engagement. The personnel have also been responsive consistently, no matter who reached out. The only opportunity is on the payment lead time, which tends to be very long (sometimes up to 2.5 months after my response submission). It took a very long time to validate and confirm the closure of each survey, hence typically requires alnost a quarter to complete ine cycle (from first engagement to payment disbursal).
