I found the ticket online via Skyscanner that directed me to buy it on Indian Eagle. As soon as I bought the ticket, they deducted the money from my bank account and then sent me an email saying I should consider canceling the flight, as the connection time is too short. When I called them to cancel, they said I would have to pay them $30 to cancel. WHY would you present a flight that does not make sense and makes people buy it to cancel??

As a follow-up review - Indian Eagle contacted me several times after I posted the above review and has refunded the entire amount.

He handled the process efficiently from start to finish, including sending me the revised itinerary and reconfirming the booking through the Air India website.
