We had 1 year house inspection from Stefan Schnell Hauge. He was thorough and systematic, carefully examining every detail and explaining his findings as he went. His communication was outstanding—he answered all our questions patiently and helped us understand what to expect going forward. He helped us in guiding some good maintenance tips for future. Even after inspection, he replies to our mails quite quickly and with relevant answers. Hope to see him again at 5 year inspection.

Service department made a service request quickly and fixed the problem properly . Great team work and follow up.

An expert inspector did one year review and fixed several defects by himself at the review day . Company took responsibility of the defects and get them all fixed .

I wanted to take this opportunity, although we are still only halfway through the process, to provide some feedback on our experience so far.

We are probably not the easiest of customers because we are not Danish speakers and are not used to the Danish "norms" of building new.

Adam has been very patient with us and put up with a lot of extra questions and clarifications.. plus all the extra time those have taken.. and continues to do so.

But I want to make special mention of Uffe Moll-Elsborg who has gone above and beyond to be available and explain rules and regulations to us, in order to be able to help us achieve what we want from our house.

We are now beginning the really exciting phase of seeing our dream house take shape after a long time planning and I have no doubt it will give us exactly what we want due in no small part to Uffe's patience and knowledge.

I look forward to updating this review from my new house in about 6 months.

We chose HusCompagniet to build our dream home, and they truly are the best construction company. Our house building experience, as first time builders, has been nothing but fantastic!

Martin has throughout the past year shown immense expertise, knowledge and care in our building process

He answered all our questions and worries with patience and understanding.

He has gone above and beyond where we did not even know what to look out for.
In each check, he would pleasantly surprise us by picking out possible and fixing them, issues that we could never know about, being first time builders.

In the final walk-around before handover, we were once againsurprised how critical Martin was of even the smallest details.

This attention to detail is the main driver behind us relaxing, with the knowledge that Martin has it under control.

Just had the 5 year warranty inspection, super happy with Rasmus Riis, who arranges the fixes on the reported quality issues including all the hollow tiles, cracks here and there, painting afterwarrds etc, etc.
Highly professional and patient, also good at explain the reasoning behind the issue and how Huscompagniet is trying to improve over time. Nothing to complain.

Huscompagniet has build my house at Søborg on 2023 and i had my first year review with service technician Mr.Rasmus Riis. Rasmus is so professional, he has thoroughly check my house & carefully taken care of all our findings during first year review. Rasmus has solved major issue in my exhausting system in Airtek, he has replaced the fan & solved another important Kitchen cabinet was missing during first delivery.
Rasmus is customer centric, friendly, competent employee at Huscompagniet. I highly recommend Rasmus to anyone who build the hus with Huscompagniet for service technical yearly review.

Unfortunately big disappointment from sales department, lack of communication and advice which significantly delayed the start of construction.

We had a first-year house review with Arne Lauritsen, which was a very nice experience. He fixed many small issues on the spot. You can tell he is an expert. Arne gave us some advice regarding house maintenance and shared tips on optimal mechanical ventilation settings for a good indoor climate. He noted down all our concerns.

We are in the middle of our building project with HC and we thought that it is time to share our experience here, as it may be helpful to others. We embarked on our journey with HC more than 2 years ago, when we first started to look for a building ground. Finding the right ground was a long process for itself, and we talked to many building companies, both big and small, along the way. But our experience with HC was by far the best.
Our advisor, Anne-Marie in Virum department, was very pleasant to talk to and very proactive in communication. We had many questions and requests throughout the process, and she always responded openly and honestly within a day or so. This meant a lot to us, as sometimes we needed to make quick decisions and we couldn’t do it without her honest expert input. We also took this as a showcase for the entire company, which is proved to be true.
The project planner Sare and the project manager Anders in Ringsted department have also been very responsive, accommodating and collaborative. Sare patiently implemented all the changes we had to the plan, and Anders has so far done a great job executing our project. We’re really impressed by both the quality and the speed of the progress. Our independent construction advisor who is inspecting the project on our behalf have so far had very few points for improvement, which have all been addressed before his next visit to the construction site.
All in all, we feel ourselves very lucky to have had such a great team of skillful professionals who take pride and ownership in the project they are building for us, and look very much forward to the end result.
We hope to revisit this review at the end of August, when we will move in to our new house, and be able to share even nicer experiences here :-)

We had our 1.5 plan hus constructed by the HusCompagniet Virum office between late 2023 and early 2024. Various individuals from Hus and their suppliers participated in different phases of the project. Overall, our experience was highly positive. However, there were occasional challenges, particularly in dealing with the stairs supplier and one instance where sharing of relevant information for first-time house builders like us would have influenced our design decision. Therefore, we give an overall rating of 4.7.

Nevertheless, we certainly recommend HusCompagniet. Specifically, our Byggerådgiver- Betina Hansen, and Byggeleder - Klaus Holm, deserve exceptional praise.

Betina demonstrated thoughtfulness, effective communication, and provided valuable advice esp. in relation to our kitchen design during the initial stages of our discussions.

Klaus proved to be the ideal person for our construction project. He displayed extensive knowledge, responsiveness to our inquiries, prompt action-taking, and skills in finding alternative solutions when necessary. The project was completed on schedule, and we have now moved in. As we start to live in the new house which is nicely built, we have experienced a few minor issues that are expected from any construction project. But Klaus remains accessible and is diligently identifying the appropriate individuals to address these matters in a timely manner. Thanks Klaus!!

The process of the one year review was tedious and in many cases I had to follow up and make sure things are in place. Then Kent Frøby Kivsmose took over the case, and made sure everything is as it should be. He kept following up with me until everything was done. I could not be happier with the service. Only beacuse of the service I got from Kent Frøby Kivsmose I give HusCompaniet a 5 star rating. I wish everybody would be as service minded and helpful as he is.

I need some info urgently about the house which I could not find. So I get in touch with Steen Bond and ask for the help. Magically he get in touch with his colleagues and 3rd party to collect all the information I need. Incredible fast response. Think for the need of the customer.
