We would like to sincerely thank you for a truly exceptional experience during our unplanned visit. The lady in the wine shop was incredibly kind, welcoming, and highly professional. We come from Moravia (Czech Republic) and have been involved with wine our entire lives, which is why we were especially impressed by her expertise, knowledge, and the way she presented each wine with such passion and understanding. The tasting was not only very enjoyable but also genuinely enriching. We also greatly appreciated the selection of wines we had the opportunity to taste – they were truly outstanding and beautifully represented the quality of the region. Thank you once again for your kindness, your time, and for sharing your knowledge with us. It was one of the most memorable wine experiences we’ve had, and we would be very happy to return in the future.

the quality of accommodation was very average, but the main problem was with the rental management company and its incompetent managers (especially Giada). On the day of check-in, at 4 PM, when we were already in Cortina, we received a call that the room wouldn't be ready until 6:30 PM and that we would be offered €100 compensation – details will be provided via What's Up. The offer was as follows: ,,Cancel the reservation through booking.com (we'll write that you didn't show up) and book directly through us with a €100 discount''. So they came up with a "brilliant" idea – let's cheat booking.com and we give you a portion of their commission instead. We refused to allow Hello srl to engage in such unfair practices. When we arrived around 7:00 PM, the room was in terrible condition (we've made photos) – nothing had been cleaned, it was cold, and we wanted to run away. Furthermore, our child was 10 anniversary that day, and we wanted to organize a pleasant evening for her, but unfortunately, it was impossible in such a dirty and cold place. Finally, late in the evening, someone came to clean up, but instead of apologizing, Hello srl continued to be very surprised that I had a complaint, saying, "Well, we finally cleaned up." Warning: the company doesn't keep their word and is manipulative. After we filed a complaint with booking.com, they decided to "get even" and won't send us an invoice for our stay, even though they promised to send it immediately after our departure.

😊 The house has a soul. It’s decorated down to the pictures on the walls. Very clean and hygienic. The living room is amazing. The keyless entry system is great. The subway(metro station) is just 50 meters away. It’s also very close to the Duomo stop. A superb location close to the main street. We recommend it especially for families or singles love to stay at an artistic place.
