Nice stuff
I had a bad experience with Hackett a while back and left a low scoring review, but I did give them another go, and overall I have to say they've been pretty good. They are a little overpriced, so I would wait for a sale, but quality is generally pretty decent and customer service is okay too.

Good brand but jeans shrink a massive amount
I've been a long time Hacket fan, plenty of good quality cloves all very stylish. A key complaint I'm afraid of their jeans whilst they look good, they shrink an enormous amount. After about five washes they shrink two sizes, meaning they are now unwearable . I've had three pairs, same thing happened from each.
