I'm really happy with my experience with flash bay. The product arrived exactly as expected, in good condition, and right on time. But what really made the difference was the service I received from miss GAKOU the person handling my order was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. You can tell there's a real commitment to doing things right and making sure customers are satisfied. I'd recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use their services again.

The Communication responses to my questions about the product was almost instantly and there is a time difference of 3hrs. to consider. Once the pens and engraving were finalized Olivia followed up with the date the pens were shipped to the date, they arrived. Her knowledge and recommendations on the pens were very helpful for us to make our final decision. Also, the special box of pens that Olivia sent helped us to visually see what our options were. We ended up ordering 2 different pens as opposed to only one. I would rate Olivia's service and attention to our order as Excellent. We will definitely order your product again.
