Firstly let me say about the stars.
I would have given 4.5 but for the overly IT literate demands of the service.
I would have recommended Farewill to others, but I realise they would have issues using the online service.
The setupis reasonably simple, but not so easy to navigate for the non guru of IT.
i am an ex IT support technician and I do find it awkward to work my way around, so for the less IT literate it must be even worse.
BUT!! I do like the ability to be able to edit/update and have the changes reviewed quickly.
My one BIG issue is that you cannot download the "will" unless you basically sign it off.
A "draft will document" would be an improvement, and ability to print and review.
Was easy to do a new will after splitting from my husband.
Agent I spoke to was friendly, listened to my requirements and then offered advice on options available to me.
I have had my will with Farewill for many years and have found the process simple and easy to understand, and very cost effecttive, especially since I have had changed circumstances over the years. Highly recommended.
Came back to me quite quickly when I had a query and was very helpful
Very easy instruction for a basic will, if you need trust funds or have lots of instructions I would advise to go and see a solicitor face to face. But for a basic will very good.
Very easy to fill out, not too many questions and easy to follow
Good communication after the will
Very easy to do. The company kept in touch throughout the process.
This organisation are fantastic. They give sound advice which is user-friendly throughout. I thoroughly recommend the company

Rapid responses to my emails and
Quick efficient delivery of my final will
