After struggling to keep my firman generator running on natural gas with a amazon ng hose, i learned after some research there are full flo disconnects vs amazons non-full flow and FactoryPure had the full flo 160000 btu rated hose which is much more than my generator load would require but no longer fight starting my generator on natural gas, excellent seller would highly recommend. I purchased a 22kw Generac generator and when we opened the package, the plastic/fiberglass base had a crack in, when i sent he pics the Jacob at Factory Pure, without hesitation he agreed to take care of it for me, instead of waiting for the trucking company to reply and see how they would address it, he sent me a new matching color skirt to cover the cracked piece, since it was not a structural piece.
I will purchase more items in the future.

The Efcut 4" chipper was fun to assemble and it works great replacing my LandWorks 3"er. It's a beast chipping my downed branches.

The bike came in great shape and I it was everything I thought it would be, plenty of power be in 240 pound range and my dog is 30 and I haven’t found a hill yet that could hold his back. i’ve been writing Harley‘s all my life and I like this a little more I think, cruising around town and what not. Bottom line., if it ever got stolen, I’d buy another one.

If I could give a negative star review that is what I would give. Terrible company. Ordered a faucet early Sept, was told the manufacturer was changing warehouses so the order would be delayed, irritating but fine. Then on Oct 1 was told now they no longer offer the color I bought and if wanted to change to another color nothing close to what I ordered. No other appropriate solutions offered no apology nothing. Terrible service for something that should be very easy. Do better!
