UI is a bit clunky. Hard to find specific campaign metrics on a mobile phone screen. However, the offer selection in the explodely affiliate network is decent for my niche. Payout thresholds are reaso... See more

I contacted them about a company who charged me for a service but I had to purchase an upgrade to do that. I reached out to explodely and they took care of it and refunded 100% of my money that day. The company with the app im disgusted with but explodely is an excellent company and easy to deal with. 5 stars for sure
So I made a purchase thru explodely and the seller's weren't making getting a refund hassle free but explodely support staff helped me thru it all and got me my refund!! Thanks everyone on the support staff appreciate it
Patricia Kimbrough here, I don't understand the ticket plat form for getting the refund back my experience with that was overwhelming but, overall they responded quickly to all my questions; hate I didn't understand the copy and paste.
I signed up for this program thinking I would be able to do it but after looking at it I decided that I was wrong and I would not be able to go through with it for several personal reasons. I notified the company of my problem. I have to say I was very surprised at the quick response time. I have had to cancel other orders from other providers and almost always had problems. Not the case here. They refunded my money in full that day. How refreshing was that. I believe they are an upstanding company and would not hesitate to do business with them under different circumstances.
Learning new things is always a goal and job. Explaining details and knowing ur data isn't out there. Helps alot and makes ur feel safe
I have asked many times to refund my money. I am not interested and i feel this is a scam and fruad. No response whats so ever. Do not believe the b... s... the sell.
After reviewing my purchase i decided that this wasnt for me. They were very helpful to get me started. Im just not interested. I asked for a refund and they were very prompt getting back with me and refunded my money. It surprised me. It was quick. Quicker than I expected for a refund.
This company is shady & acts like mercury always changing products with AI movie ads with different prices. Plus they tell you on the phone that your transaction does not show up in the system. Luckily, I only got charged under $20 for some kind of secret account access called X33. First they said it would have $897 in it. Then they charged $18.70 to open the account. All the links in the e-mails they send are to the AI videos that sell different software products that cost more money. It is supposed to be a digital online store set-up, but it is too scattered & unclear. Then they had this funding thing from some account like tax write offs from the government or some other bogus system to access other money. The original one was money from an account left over funds from a magazine photography fund that is set aside that the company does not use. The Man tells you a story about where the money comes from, but every ad is a different story. They put these ads on Facebook mostly. The second one was $467 given to random people that click when there particular number comes up in a cue. Then they charge $27 for that one. There was a 3rd one with funding from another type of account as well. It is to difficult to keep track of all of these accounts. There was one that sounded more legitamet, this one was a man called Philip Johansen from Denmark, who had a software system that runs the whole show for you. His video made more sense than all the others. You are actually selling a real product for $2000. He spends a lot of time explaining the affiliate marketing as a whole & shows different customers profiles & how much they have earned if they really work at it. In short I did not want to do afilliate marketing in the first place, plus it is far to difficult to get a refund by phone or from the website because they ask for information that does not exist. Like an order ID, the emails just have more junk videos in the links. One email told me another device from a foreign country ha accessed my account. The link was another junk video with the same name as sender in every email regardless of content.
I had an issue with a couple of purchases that I wasn’t happy about and requested that my money be returned. I received a timely response the next morning notifying me that my request to refund my money was taken care of as requested. I am very grateful and happy with the outcome of this transaction.
I ordered the Sims kit program and experienced difficulty using it. I sent in ticket after ticket to be only told that the ticket was resolved and it was not resolved! After 5 days and 2 calls to the payment center I received a refund email ensuring me that my funds would be there within 5-7 working days. I will wait to see if my refund comes. These people are scammers and I found it very hard to get a refund because I was sent from platform to platform with no response to my canceling. I had a very hard time using their platform and after 5 days of saying I could not do the platform and asking for a refund and threatening them with the better business bureau and contacting my bank to tell them the situation and calling it fraud they came back on day 5 with an email stating that my refund would be issued. I will wait and see if more bs comes up with these people and what other frustration they will cause me. I would highly recommend that you stay away from these people they are scammers and all they do is cause you frustration and headache. STAY AWAY. If you see the ad for them quickly pass it by. It would be your best and only descion to avoid aggravation and frustration. Would never recommend this program or any other program from them. SCAMMERS!!!
Reviews about Explodely are mixed, but what got me to there was definitely a scam. An ad on Facebook claimed that people could make good money simply writing reviews for various products Amazon was selling. I paid $27 to satisfy my curiosity and watched a 5 minute video about making $200-$800 per day reviewing products. Fortunately, when I was naive enough to give it a try, my debit card was denied twice. My theory is that some part of the card number says Debit and not Credit. Stealing my credit card number would be much more profitable. There is no such program on Amazon. I just need some extra income and that makes me stupid at times.
I ordered a product that was 100% misrepresented in its sales pitch. it promised this it promised that and when you got the product it was nothing and I stressed that point nothing like what they were selling, or at least what the sellers claimed to be selling. within minutes of discovering that it was nothing like they were selling I immediately requested a refund. that has been over a week now and all I keep getting is the seller telling me to send proof that I tried to use the program and it didn't work. there's a problem with that, I wasn't buying the program I was going to have to figure out to use I was buying the program that was done for you so they said and it turned out to be nothing like what they said the sellers. I have asked over and over and over and begged and pleaded and reminded them that this is supposed to be a money back guarantee with no hassle and it's been nothing but a hassle and we're talking well over $500 here. my experience has been nothing but a nightmare it started with lies and it's just been the same thing seeing this proof you tried to use the program and it didn't work for you. when the whole time I never wanted to buy a program that I was going to have to work and within minutes of receiving it and realizing that the sellers have grossly misrepresented their product I requested the refund within minutes. so this is unbelievable unacceptable and how in the world they are in businesses is beyond me. I will not give up though, where I come from and people I know we still value the worth of $500 and can't just give it away like that or better yet have it stolen from us. not going to happen!
The website is real, though actually applied for refund because of my schedule and where i am, i was assured by the customer service that my refund will reflect on or before 5 to 7 working days which actually reflected, i appreciate the team for the quick response each time i write them, thanks and keep your good work.

I have been waiting for my refund for 8 weeks on a Glenn Kosky commission platform. Today I received an email saying that they cancelled my request for a refund because my email went to spam. The irony is that it wasn’t an email, they sent me a link that I had to complete online. They’re just playing games in the hope that I will give up. I will never participate in anything again where Explodely is involved. I don’t trust them at all
Setting up products for online sales felt much easier than I expected. Explodely brings payments, checkout, and affiliate tools together, so I do not need to manage everything separately. The checkout is quick, and having payment recovery features available is helpful when a customer’s first payment attempt does not go through.
