Total scam.
I bought an Omega Speedmaster using their website on October 2. Allegedly it took them 11 days to complete the card transaction which is technically impossible. Then they promised to ship me the order on October 12 or 13 - it didn’t happen. I sent them a formal notice email stating if the shipment won’t be completed on the promised day, I will have no other choice than report a fraud case to my bank. They didn’t respond. Then the bank also tried to contact them as part of the fraud case. They didn’t respond. Now I am waiting for my bank for the resolution of the case involving many-thousand euros. The next step is reporting them to the authorities.
Avoid them at all costs!

Another fantastic buying experience from EW Watches! Once again, EW watches have proved themselves as professional as ever with regards to customer service and price. I was dealing with Ofelia and she couldn’t have been more helpful! Her communication was really excellent and she remained available throughout the process to answer questions and kept me updated along the way. All of her promises regarding timelines from sourcing to shipping times were spot on. Such a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to my next EW purchase very soon.
