There was difficulty with the company recognizing my delivery address in Ireland. After several and many emails to and fro it was finally resolved. Due to the great support I got from Zhou with patience and courtesy, it is worth the 5 stars alone. Bike was delivered quickly when problem was sorted. Have it assembled and everything is working well. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend this Company.
