I booked three experiences with Epic Experiences—the Toronto Helicopter Ride, the Distillery District Breakfast Tour, and the Online Clue Solving Experience—and every one of them exceeded my expectations. The helicopter ride was one of the most exhilarating experiences of my life, with breathtaking views of Toronto’s skyline and Lake Ontario. The Distillery District Breakfast Tour was equally enjoyable, taking us to several hidden breakfast gems while sharing the history and charm of the neighbourhood. The Online Clue Solving Experience was also great fun and a perfect interactive activity.
What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The Epic Experiences team was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, even extending our vouchers when they were close to expiring, which we greatly appreciated. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Epic Experiences to anyone looking for unique, memorable, and well-curated experiences in Toronto.

I payed around 450 for one not in a local hotel through this site i had an Epic experience coupon number for a couple hundred the hotel comes through as euros it never came off the coupon at the hotel they said no idea what happened I would never had went knowing the cost of local hotel it seemed scamming to me .p.s everything was done the way it was to be done they gave the voucher code to put in the hotel website and said to show it at the hotel witch id given,but thay said they had no idea so so was the venture used on the hotel or not do you know if so who fixes the issue and again euros what's with that . I hope this get delta with .scam

Not sure of the point of scavenger hunt(I understand they it was to get to know city better but…), We did all 10 of the “mandatory finds” and about 20-25 of the other 50 but no idea if the photos were submitted correctly/seen by anyone, if we did better/worse than other groups etc. There was no feedback along the way.
Kids lost interest after 1 - 1 &1/2 hours. I think it’s too long for an afternoon family outing, stops at playgrounds along the way or something fun for kids was needed… we went for ice cream and found a place to just let them play. Downtown not the best for taking smaller kids, Moms had to be on high alert at all times. Maybe a different area of city with more family like areas to explore next time?

The Epic website is really well set out and showcases an excellent range of activities and experiences. I had an unexpected issue from my end and Yuliya's prompt email gave me a chance to rebook and send the voucher within the timeframe I needed. Wonderful service, thank you!

There is a lovely array of options on the site. I mistakenly bought an extra ticket and there was no issue with the refund. As an Irish mammy, with family in Toronto, I expect to visit this site for special occasions.

Purchase was straightforward, but the email went to the gift recipient even though I clicked for it to be sent only to the purchaser (me). It was a nice gift, but a ruined surprise. The purchase process needs to be buttoned up.

Bad experience with this platform. Terms and conditions onerous. Rooms 50% more than hotels.com. Got this as a work perk.

Experience vouchers were easy to order. Choices were vast and hence opted for vouchers with no end date

My experience was ok. I got kicked out a couple times but then it worked fine. I do like how many options there are & how easy it can be to purchase a gift as long as thr site is working properly.

Delivered to the wrong address.
The box was not sealed? There were no instructions in the box and the oil bottle did not have a label it was ripped off. Very over priced for a gift of 2 DYI candles.
The address provided is the correct one but the picture to confirm delivery is not the correct address.

Cool idea but I was disappointed.
Two of the clues were out of date. The map they reference was updated in June and this is October and so we were frustrated that we couldn't figure it out. In one of the stores it asked to spot an animal and there wasn't one there. We asked the store owner and he knew what it was because he had taken it down recently. It's tricky to make a game like this without ensuring everything is 100% up to date. For the price paid I would have expected this to be air tight.
Also - while some of the clues were decent, many were worded in a confusing manner. There were some typos throughout as well. Sometimes they would say things like 'turn at the 3 yellow things' and there were just too many yellow things in sets of 3 that we could see. This felt like it was about 60% ready as an experience. This could easily have cost $10 as an experience (if it was better) but for the price, it's very underwhelming. There's zero overhead besides ensuring these puzzles are accurate. I do like the concept - I just wish they had better / smarter clue givers who understood puzzle development more.

It was easy to find as l was looking for some Alberta activities as a xmas gift. It popped right up and showed me what you had to offer.
My transaction was easy and the voucher came to my email directly. I am sure my grandkids will just love taking one of your adventures.
