Beautiful tiles, but lousy customer service.
Beautiful tiles, but horrible communication. Shipping is costly and they didn’t know that their shipper didn’t ship to my address. Finally figured that out myself. Caused a big delay in my project. Will not do business with them again.

Received a great deal of cracked tile
Received a great deal of cracked tile. Cannot get replacements for 2 weeks. Contractor not available for our job other then now. Compnay not finding a fast solition and wont be using Edward Martin for future prodcuts.

Colors are not what they appear
I ordered a tile that I had designed my entire bathroom around. I absolutely love the way it looks online and what showed up is drastically different. The tiles are much lighter and do not have the same level of variation as the advertisement. They’re bland and boring
I ordered marfil and Amani bronze— the bronze looks more gray than anything and is significantly lighter. Will be interesting to see if there’s a return option- I’m not hopeful considering it was sent freight

Tile can naturally vary in shade and variation between dye lots, and lighting can also affect how colors appear online versus in person. We always recommend ordering a $3 sample first to see the tile in your own space and lighting.

New to Edward Martin and appreciate the service so far
We are a remodeling contractor and new to Edward Martin. We requested many samples to be able to review quality and colors in person for upcoming jobs and they were very responsive, quickly shipping out all my requested samples. Everything was packaged and presented very well. And I'm very happy with the tile too! These kinds of things go a long way when you are assessing a new vendor!

Shipping disaster
I placed an order on 9/21. I was supposed to receive it on 10/2. Called the LTL freight company because it was never delivered. The order is still sitting at a loading dock in Memphis, TN. 12 days and still no product. I asked for expedited shipping when I placed the order and that wasnt an option. There should be more shipping options than just LTL freight. Shipping timelines are unreliable and order processing needs to be quicker.
