This is my second time refinancing with Earnest. First time for my student loans and this time for parent plus loans.
The whole process was seamless and the rate was no where near the other competitors.
It was great and no one could match it.
I'm very satisfied with my loan and customer service is always top notch.

Application was not clear. The first application I thought I was done. Weeks later I found it was cancelled dure to incomplete. Not sure how I missed it. We had to apply again and now we are running late
