Lost my 5m 80kg carpet! Entered their warehouse and never came out, paid for carpet fitter and furniture being installed by Wren and these dates can't change or they put me back 2 months, if it were a small item I'd understand but a 80kg carpet! Surely someone knows who drove it out the warehouse

They delivered on time when they said they would,was very happy with the overall service.

I provided instructions to leave my parcel in a safe place. My home office is next to my front door and I was presenting on an important conference call. When the driver arrived, he could see I was on a call and proceeded to knock on the window. I ignored him as I was mid presentation. He then repeatedly knocked on the window to get my attention, with increasing frequency and loudness. I had to excuse myself from my presentation to get him to stop. I was absolutely furious.

The delivery drivers were really friendly and helped me unpack the parcel.

Saman and yasir did a great job and delivered the bookcase upstairs. It was good to be able to track when they were going to arrive and they gave me a call half an hour before.
I wasn't impressed with the service originally as not available on the limited dates given and there were no details on what would happen if not in.

Kept me up to date with my delivery and the driver called to give me an exact time of delivery, would have given 5 stars however the item was late being delivered which might not have been a dx problem.

Sort your delivery times out was told between 7.15 and 9 15, then another text to say between 9 15 and 11 15 finally arrived about 4 p.m no fault of the drivers who were very polite, and apologetic.
So having to wait around all day, not happy

I was a bit concerned that my package
would not be delivered due to a slight omission on my address details. I emailed DX and was contacted pretty much immediately saying they would forward my email to a lovely lady called Amy who phoned me, she said she would get in contact the driver to make sure he had the correct details, he arrived on time and true to their word he had been contacted..excellent service from start to finish thank you DX and Reginald...

Despite them saying this was in local depot and on the delivery van 4 days ago and calling them today when said it would be delivered in the next 30 minutes

THEY FAIKED TO DELIVER OR EVEN CONTACT ME

Appalling service and company

Stayed in to receive a parcel between the hrs of 07.00. - 2100 hrs.They supposedly said they had arrived to deliver the item, but said no one was answering the door, so left. No one rang the door bell. Three people were at home.Came out the following day and said the parcel was left in a secure place. No parcel was left. All in all a very bad experience. Eventually delivered today, so goodness knows what they left in a secure place!

Delivery window of 2 hours provided and package delivered within the window given. Delivery drivers carried large package into house. Very good service!!

Terrible company, do not use. Had a tracked delivery of fragile, live plants, clearly labeled . Packages arrived 3 and 4 days late, boxes somehow got split up and all looked like they'd been kicking them around the warehouse and standing on them for days. Holes ripped and utterly, completely crushed. Wish I could upload a photo because they were in shocking condition. Even had the gall to say 'We checked them, its fine', orange sticker. They didn't check. Quite literally the worst condition delivery I've seen in my life. Would give negative 5 if I could.

I haven’t even received all my items, I had a bed delivered and all you have delivered is box 2 of 2, My pregnant girlfriend now has to sleep on a mattress on the floor, Am absolutely disgusted!!!

Delivery not recieved and most unprofessional service.
Delivery was supposed to be delivered guaranteed by 9/10/26 still haven't received the delivery. Today is 14th of October .Tracking only showing loaded in the van for delivery. Since 09/10/26.

Unfortunately I was called away on buisness so couldn't be there to meet the driver but he had the common sense to leave it in my porch that is behind an unlocked door and in my opinion a fully safe place.

Good tracking communication.
Came earlier than originally promised.
Deliverer was very strong and moved stuff for me.

Awful delivery service!I took a day off of work to wait for two pallets of delivery and absolutely nothing arrived!The tracking is awful with zero info!Looking at these comments on here it looks like thousands of people are in the same boat!What an awful company!DX now owe’s me my days wage as i am taking this higher as not only have i lost out on a days wage but my deliveries are of an emergency!!!!
