These guys also run several businesses with same address and phone number, one of them is Hunest Ed on Amazon, who sells things at end of service life for hundreds of dollars described as in good condition. Bought a large SDS hammer bit from them and 17% of the teeth are already missing.
The phone number they give for "shipping department" also points to skysmart accounting, which has a website look as fake as it can be.
Customer service was great. Shipping was free and lightning quick. Price was fair. Product arrived as it should.
I will certainly be doing business with them again.
Received a damaged heat pump, they won't reply to my emails or phone calls. My Advise: Stay away from Ductless Mart.
I have been installing mini splits for 23 years and bought a 9,000 btu Bosch heat pump for my backyard office 240sq. feet. This brand has a higher SEER rating than most others which cost 300-400.00 more and has a 10-year compressor warranty! Running for 6 months now mostly off-grid and it is great. The highest wattage on a 90 deg day is 835w on turbo. Once it is to temp it goes to an idle speed and maintains temp constant while drawing just 235w. Startup watts just 154w I am sold on this brand! HVAC tech 46 years now so I don't leave praise unless it's earned.
Great experience overall, working on a crazy rushed timelines and everyone was amazing at helping us get out system up and running.
