Great experience with Sackod and Lunar…
Great experience with Sackod and Lunar from the DSCP team. Using the service has overall been quite a smooth experience.
I think a key part for serious ecomm players is the future scalability of having US warehouses, so this is definitely a 3PL you're able to stick with long-term and scale with.

Hi Leo,
Thank you for taking time to leave us this incredible review. Sackod and Lunar will be really happy to read it, and knowing the whole process has felt smooth on your end is exactly what we aim for.
You’ve touched on something we think about a lot. For serious ecommerce players, scalability is usually where the pressure shows up first, and having US fulfillment capacity on both coasts is what lets you grow your volume without switching 3PL partners halfway through. That is the part we want to keep getting right for you.
Wishing you a strong run ahead, and we’ll be here supporting you as you scale.
Great service

Best supplier I ever had
I think the rating speaks for itself, but just wanted to say I have not worked with a supplier this good in years of experience. It feels like having an extra team within my business. Very quick communication and focused on fixing me problems. Very satisfied.

Unprofessional and aggressive
Massive red flag. I reached out to them for end-to-end fulfillment and custom branding. They gave me one price for the product, but then demanded a highly inflated fee for a sample.
When I caught the discrepancy and asked for a basic cost breakdown, they dodged the question and just aggressively pushed for immediate payment. Zero transparency, zero professionalism. This is not how you build a long-term business relationship. Save your time and money and find a real, honest agent.

Hi Liron,
Thank you for your feedback. We investigated this matter and found that the information you provided in your inquiry did not match the details discussed during the conversation. Inaccurate information at the inquiry stage can naturally lead to misunderstandings in the guidance and quotations that follow.
Regarding pricing, sample costs and product quotations are two separate things in our industry. This is standard practice and not a discrepancy. Our clients never pay more than what is quoted. It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding between the two.
We reached out to you through Trustpilot to clarify further but did not hear back. We remain open to continuing the conversation if you would like to get in touch.
We have been serving e-commerce brands since 2016 and many of our clients have worked with us continuously for 7 to 8 years. That kind of long-term trust is built through transparency, reliability and consistent service.
Best regards,
The DSCP Smart Fulfillment Team
