Charged me for the incompetence of their courier ordered a set of flue line clips

I ordered a set of flue line clips. They use DHL and for some reason DHL cannot find a normal street address in the fourth largest city in the country. They keep trying to deliver to the wrong address so no delivery attempts were made here. I informed Diesel Pump UK of this and they refunded me my purchase but refused to refund the cost of the courier. They are expensive and their customer service is far from reasonable.
