Decta treats its merchants like absolute garbage.

There is no sense of partnership, professionalism, or mutual respect - the entire thing feels abusive and hostile. Leaving them was one of the best business decisions we have ever made.

The approval process took several exhausting months of dealing with their braindead "compliance" team, which repeatedly asked the same questions over and over again while demanding absurd and often impossible documentation that no legitimate company would realistically have. Communication was chaotic, inefficient, and completely detached from any understanding of how real businesses operate.

Even after finally approving the merchant account, the harassment did not stop. We constantly received last-minute demands for “just a few more documents,” often with ridiculous deadlines like “by tomorrow morning,” despite those requirements never being mentioned before. Instead of supporting merchants and building long-term relationships, their compliance department seems dedicated to making customers miserable and driving them away.

Decta created more operational stress and wasted more management time than any payment provider we have ever worked with. Disconnecting from this mess was an enormous relief for our team.

Hope they go broke as soon as possible.

I've been working with Decta for years, across different companies, and their service has always been exceptional. The team is professional, helpful, and prioritizes their clients' needs. The journey through onboarding was quite extensive, spanning a duration of two weeks. But I liked the managers approach, and also the integration possibilities, many modules, including my website CMS. Good support from start to finish. Would be given a 5 if the onboadring would be a bit faster.

This raised concerns for me, especially considering the current geopolitical tensions and regulations set forth by the EU and UK regarding transactions involving Russian entities, such as Article 12b of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014.

This raise ethical and legal questions about Decta Payments' compliance with EU and UK regulations.
As consumers and business owners, it's important for us to be aware of where our money goes and the potential consequences of our choices.
I encourage all of Decta's customers to stop using companies services until Decta have stopped offering these products..

This company is subsidary of Rietumu Bank, about Rietumu bank you can read reviews in google, cheating their own customers with weird commissions all the time, so i would be careful with this company as well, and be prepared to some dogy things if you start work with this company. As a proof check owners in internet e.g. companycheck.co.uk all of them worked at Rietumu Bank can't be coincidence.
