I purchased three pens that were the wrong ink (my fault, though the site was hard to use), and attempted to return them. I was given a protocol for how to return which I followed. The pens apparently never arrived. And while that could have been due to theft, when I reached out to Cognitive Surplus, they blamed me for not following the right protocols, even after I sent them my correspondence with their return department. There was no effort to help me, just a shrug and cold interactions. I will never use them again.

I ordered a few things to see how it went. Everything was shipped on time and was what I expected. I would order from the site again

They shipped my order quickly and the quality is good.

Good service and fast deliver, very good quality but i think a little bit overpriced, i guess thats what you pay for somewhat that claims to be sustainable and appears of good quality
