Well after reading about all the positives I am hoping that this vacuum lives up to it's name, I am still scepticle about this though. When I have used this I probably will submit a more in depth description on the performance and see if it lives up to its name and not just some general hype . So stand by and watch this space. I made a purchase of over $300 at the end of August and I'm trying to get my order back, but it hasn't arrived. I requested a refund and they're not responding to my question. It's a scam. I'll talk to customs in the USA.

I ordered a vacuum on 13 August 2026 when the site showed it in stock and shipping within 1-3 days. A week later I was told there had been a "logistics issue". On 27 August I got a "shipped" notice, but the tracking never showed any movement after "shipment information received".

My follow-up on 19 September got no reply. I only got a response on 26 September, after I told them I'd contacted my credit card provider. They then said the parcel was "considered lost", offered a reshipment and a 10% refund, and I agreed. The reshipment never materialised, and I received no tracking details, but I did get the 10% refund.

On 6 October I asked for either proof of shipment or a refund. The balance was refunded that day; showing as pending in my account but not yet cleared. It does looks like I'll get my money back in full.

A refund is the right outcome, but it took 8 weeks and a chargeback threat. If you order from them, check your tracking right away and don't wait!

Absolute scam !!! Paid for product which never arrived , got in touch with company which took nearly 2 weeks and 4 emails to answer me to be told product appeared to be lost and would send a replacement ... No Tracking Number after 10 Days so i requested a refund which was eventually refunded after almost 2 months from original order date....

This was my first encounter with this company, the process of ordering my robot window cleaner was simple to navigate and complete

I ordered on the 18th September and we are now 2nd October and I’m still waiting on an email confirmation to let me know when it will be shipped. Not happy about this!!!!
