I think the clothes look great and pretty trendy. I am a medium and over 13 Stone and the only issue I am having is that the clothing seems to be a bit on the larger side than the usually medium. How... See more

Wanted to return 1 of the items I purchased. Their returns process is manual and you need to print off a returns form (who even owns a printer these days???) and return the items at your own expense. So if your buying from them you best make sure its gonna be what you expect otherwise your gonna have a lot of trouble sending it back.

Not interested in after sales customer service
Ordered a coat last winter over £100. Being that it cost a lot I saved it for special occasions. The coat was great, but the 3rd or 4th time I wore it the zip broke and I couldn’t wear it as it was always open. I explained to CAPO that although I’d gone over the month return date, in reality the coat was as new as I had only worn it a few times. Customer services weren’t interested. The zip wasn’t mis used as I wore it so few times. In the end they just didn’t respond. 😞 last time I use a company that pops up on social media that isn’t interested after.
Footnote to response of CAPO.
Surely a helpful response would have been send the coat back and we will sort the zip, job done.
If the zip failed within 6 months section 19(14) of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that, when you’re seeking a repair or replacement, the goods are presumed not to have conformed to the contract when supplied regardless of your own company timescale.
Disappointing response…..

Ordered 3 cargo pocket t shirts
Ordered 3 cargo pocket t shirts, had to order 3xl as my usual size of xl was more like a medium. 1 of the 3 arrived damaged which was replaced with no issues, however once i washed the 3 t shirts after returning from holiday they literally shrank down 2 sizes. Contacted Capo who asked if could send them photos which i did with the tape measure on to show, but this wasn't good enough they then asked can you return them for us so our specialist can inspect them furthe. I repliesaying forget it it's a £100 learning curve. Stsy clear folks very cheap material and worse customer service

Great quality clothes
Placed first order came next day delivery. The quality of clothes were top notch. Well worth the price and definitely will continue using this brand
Purchased 2 pairs of shorts and in both…
Purchased 2 pairs of shorts and in both instances the stitching came off the Velcro on the pockets (with very, very minimal use) after a week or so and the double stitching down the back of the shorts also came unstitched on 1 pair after 2 months (despite only having around a weeks actual wear over that period). The shorts themselves look good, but if you want anything that lasts more than a couple of months, don’t buy them - especially at not far off 50 quid a pop. I also wasn’t impressed with the ‘computer says no’ attitude of their customer services department and their response ‘we don’t know how often you’ve worn them’ - despite them initially coming apart after a week and the main seams shortly after. They have a strict returns policy, which appears not particularly ethical and certainly outside the Consumer Rights Act, the policy seemingly created to reflect their shoddy products.
As a footnote, just seen Capo’s response. If all are saying there’s a quality / manufacturing issue then, rest assured, there is!. I know it’s easier to bury your heads and pretend otherwise. The majority of us would prefer not to waste our times writing negative reviews (never had to before), but DO just want a quality product.

Poor quality! Very dissapointing :(
I bought the Capo Utility Cargo Short and the quality is terrible. The fabric feels extremely cheap. Paying almost 70 € (including shipping) for this is a complete joke.
Unfortunately, returning it isn't even worth it because there is no free return policy and I'd have to pay for the shipping myself. Meaning I’d only get about 20 € back.
The product images on the shop website make everything look very high-end and premium but the reality is completely different. Buy once, never again!

Poor quality, poor response and poor show! Even got myself blocked and deleted from socials!
I brought a pair of shorts from capo on 29th June. They were delivered and then I was away in Europe for 5 days. I have worn them 2 times in the last 3 weeks and the 3rd time today. I emailed them pictures of the shorts with the stitching coming apart and the material all bobbly. I emailed them politely and sent images saying I wanted to give feedback. Their response was they can’t tell how many times they have been worn or how they have been washed ( in less than 30 days) there is no refund or replacement and their decision is final. I emailed them reminding them of the consumer rights act which they seem to think doesn’t apply to them, no response. I also made a comment on their instagram just expressing my disappointment and that they had lost me as a customer. Not rude or passive aggressive just truthful. Comment deleted and they blocked me. Shows the type of company they are and looking at some of these reviews they are losing a fair few customers. Once sold great products and now cutting corners! Such a shame when the brand has great potential
The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, and the quality of the products is really really poor. Be aware of this before buying.
I bought a pair of shoes over £100, I wore them once and the shoes fabric was so badly stitched together the fabric tore open.
I requested a return which was accepted, and I send the faulty shoes to Capo, it was delivered in a few days to their address, I’m yet to receive any acknowledgement from Capo of the return and they have not refunded me my money.
I’ve emailed the info@capo email a number of times with no response.
Would never shop there again.

Poor customer service
Bought two mercerised cotton t-shirts, washed the white one once on a 30 degree wash and it shrank to a size I cannot wear . The black one did not shrink.
Contacted customer services and their disappointing response was ‘ we can’t prove it was only washed once or at what temperature’
No offer of refund, replacement or alternate compensation and no care that I told them I would write a negative review.
I will not be buying anything again from the , poor service and no customer care at all.
UPDATE:
Order #386231
And before you say it yes it was several months ago I can assure you it has only been washed once in accordance with the wash instructions .

Customer service poor
Until recently, I’d always had a positive opinion of CAPO, which is why writing this review is disappointing.
The problems started when an item I ordered was found to be out of stock. Instead of simply refunding me, an additional payment was taken from my bank account. Although that payment was later reversed, no explanation or acknowledgement was ever provided.
When the refund for the unavailable item was processed, CAPO reduced the amount refunded by applying part of my £20 loyalty voucher against it. I couldn’t understand why I should lose the benefit of a loyalty reward because CAPO was unable to supply an item it had advertised as being in stock.
At the same time, I also raised a separate issue where two orders that qualified for CAPO’s advertised free delivery threshold were still charged for delivery.
I exchanged several emails with customer services in an attempt to resolve both issues. Despite explaining everything clearly, I reached a dead end. The most frustrating moment came when I received a reply asking, “Hi, how can we help?”, despite there already being a full email chain discussing my complaint.
Rather than leaving a public review immediately, I chose to give CAPO every opportunity to put things right. I emailed one of the company’s founders directly, reached out via LinkedIn, and sent a further email to customer services when exactly the same refund issue happened again.
Unfortunately, the second incident mirrored the first. I used another £20 loyalty voucher, an item was later found to be out of stock, and the refund was again reduced because part of the loyalty voucher had been deducted from the refund. The refund notification showed £22 being refunded for an item priced at £30.
One mistake can happen in any business. Experiencing the same issue twice, after already bringing it to the company’s attention, is what ultimately led me to write this review.
This is no longer about the amount of money involved. It’s about principle, consistency, and how customers are treated when things go wrong. In my view, customers should not lose part of the value of a loyalty voucher because the retailer is unable to supply an item they ordered.
I’m sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. I sincerely hope CAPO reviews both its refund process and its approach to customer service, because the quality of customer support should reflect the quality of the brand.

Cheap Rubbish
Purchased a pair of cargo pants on the 13/05/2026. Less than two months and the zip has burst and is now seized. Contacted customer service who said Unfortunately, We can’t accept a return due to the time elapsed since purchase. It’s not possible to fairly determine if there’s a manufacturing defect, as we don’t know how much wear/washing the item has gone through. That says a lot about the quality of their product and attitude to customers. Would not recommend. Cheap rubbish.

Very slow delivery, very bad return policy
Ordered the capo club baseball cap for next day delivery. Only arrived 4 days later and the packaging was flat and the cap was all crumpled. Scanned the QR code on the invoice to get a refund but it would take £5 off my refund to send it back? So that would be over £11 I’d be losing out on, if you include the next day delivery, for something that wasn’t fit for purpose!!
