Absolutely love both my watch bracelets, especially the chakra one, as it’s easy transferable on and off my hand. It blends in beautifully with my red watch face.

The order took a couple weeks versus a week or two to arrive. I was delighted to receive them on arrival.

The product is good quality and definitely recommended.

I ordered three bands over a month ago!! they still haven’t arrived, Customer Service has been zero help!!

They’re only response was wait and see a few more days! I bought several pieces from them and their Customer Service used to be wonderful but buyer Beware, if your stuff doesn’t show up, no one’s going to help you. The responses you get are canned and fake. There is no customer service phone number. So be careful before you place an order! You may be out money and product and no one to help you!!

My initial order did not fit properly but Cape Diablo made adjustments and replacements to my satisfaction! Thank you the bands are beautiful!

I love the Apple Watch bands. There is so much variety and the craftsmanship is wonderful. I have quite an extensive collection and still want more. I love coordinating my band to my outfits every day

The small size at Cape Diablo is a little too big for me so when I order a watchband from them I need to get it customized before it arrives. One time the customized watchband was too small but i was able to exchange it for a different watchband. The new watchband is beautiful and fits perfectly. I love Cape Diablo’s products and their customer service!

I am always cautious when I see an ad on Facebook about the origins of the company and the quality of the products after I did some research on Cape Diablo. I decided that I would give them a shot. I ordered three Apple Watch bands on there buy two get one free special and they came in a beautiful box separately packaged in a nice wrapping. The colors are all true to what I expected. The quality is superior and I’m very happy with my purchase so happy in fact that I returned to buy a piece of jewelry as a gift you can trust Cape Diablo. it’s the real deal!

Cape Diablo watch bands are made by hand, are exactly as pictured and are easy to take on and off. I must confess that I have several more than I need, but not as many as I want. Ordering is easy and every order has arrived exactly as described and in a timely manner. Great company!f

I love my two 20mm watch bands I have gotten. So easy to pick out a watch band when I dress up and my watch bands to go with my outfit.

I ordered a watch band from this company in July. Part of the band snapped off in September. I reached out to let them know I’d like a replacement one. They asked for a picture, which I provided. They informed me that I would have to pay a $25 shipping and processing fee because the 30 warranty was expired. 30 days!!! I replied that the band was already kind of pricey and to tack on another $25 was a little much. They lowered it to $19. I was going to buy some of these bands as gifts, but after that experience I will not be doing that.

This is a terrific company to work with. I bought a watch strap that was too small, and an exchange was arranged gladly. No runaround, just good customer service and folks who want their base happy. And what a beautiful product! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!

The customer service and texting was awesome they work with you, if you need a different size they will work with and make that special size you need. They do get answer your request and messaging in a very prompt way. Very nice and friendly I would recommend them highly. The quality of the products are amazing and your orders get to in a good time

The quality and appearance of the stones was just beautiful. I had a bit of a problem with the fit and customer service was excellent in resolving.

The Etherial Frost band is really beautiful on. The Halloween band, Christmas band are so festive, I can’t wait for the holidays! I wear the Chic Chakra just about everyday. The quality is fabulous, I am really loving them! So easy to order, no problems at all ❤️
