Timanfaya Express Tour with No Queues
We had a wonderful experience on the Timanfaya Express Tour during our holiday in Lanzarote. From the moment we arrived in Yaiza, everything was very well organised and the whole tour felt easy, comfortable and enjoyable.
The guide was fantastic. He was very friendly, explained everything in perfect English and shared lots of interesting information about Timanfaya, the volcanic landscape and the history of the park. It made the experience much more meaningful than simply visiting on our own. The volcanic demonstrations were also really impressive and a great way to understand how alive this landscape still is beneath the surface.
The coach driver was also excellent. He was professional, friendly and made the journey feel very safe and smooth throughout.
One of the best things about this tour is that you avoid the huge queue of cars going into Timanfaya National Park. When we arrived, the line was incredibly long and looked like it could take hours, but because we were on the bus, we had priority access and went straight up to the park centre. That alone made the tour completely worth it.
Overall, Timanfaya is a truly unique place and this tour is probably the best way to visit it. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Lanzarote and I would 100% recommend the Timanfaya Express to anyone visiting the island.
