Fake perks
Certain hotels offer perks. For example, when I booked the Sutton Place in Vancouver, the perk is $40 food and beverage credit. That is clearly stated on the booking page. However, once I book, the confirmation doesn't list that perk as available. I have called in multiple times and have been told the hotel will honour it, but the hotel will not. This has happened to me multiple times. Customer Service agents do not understand the issue or care to resolve it. Up until last year, perks used to always be applied. It is false advertising.

Great pricing. Would love it if there was a function to select different room types when booking multiple rooms. It only gave me the option of all three rooms being the same room type so I had to make multiple bookings.
